Great video and very insightful 👏 Thanks for taking time to do the comprehensive over- and underexposure test, it's really helpful!
Thanks man! One of the most time consuming videos so far, glad you find it helpful!
as always - great shots!
I don't understand anything about films and other photo stuff, but it's always interesting to watch your videos;)
thanks man! next one will be just about photos and the trip:)
Just shot my first roll of this and can't wait for it to be processed. Thanks for the latitude test, really interesting!
I hope you will like the results! But keep in mind that colours could be drastically different from one scanning method to another. My favourite article from a well known lab shows that perfectly carmencitafilmlab.com/blog/frontier-vs-noritsu-round-2/
Excellent work! You shooting on FM3a with 40mm?
Thanks Chris! Last year I was shooting with 28 and this 45mm lenses, then bought voigtlander 40mm pancake, started making comparison video and stuck with it for 5 months already😑 So instead this summer I’m mostly using my zoo of P&S cameras:)
Excellent review. Love your videos. I'm really dying to try this film but getting it shipped to North America is so costly unfortunately.
Thanks! Yes, can imagine, plus import costs probably:( I backed 2 packs during crowdfunding campaign so it was 11€ per roll incl. shipping. And now it costs 15€ excl. shipping costs:(((
Hey. Just get Luminar 100 from Montreal. It seems to be the same thing.
Yep, looks like it is all respooled Kodak Aerocolor and Elektra 100 could be an another option available in US.
Oh, I "like" when every second company starts producing "its own" film, although in fact this is impossible, this requires a very large production capacity and a lot of valuable specialists. This film is just an ordinary Kodak aerocolor 100… These companies buy aerocolor or kodak vision in bulk, then pack them into their reels and sell it as their own film
