Hey Raisor, how much Musical Hell hve you ever watched thus far?
If Tim Curry had been in every straight to video sequel, maybe they wouldn't so universally hated.
Forte wasn't just defeated, he was DEAD! That means, when the curse broke, he became human again. There's a corpse in the music room and nobody notice it? Sure that makes sense X)
The Prince offer a Rose to Belle? Uh... it's a bit cruel! He literally saying '' I'm offering you the thing who cursed me and made me suffer during years! '' This is suppose to be charming? It's crazy not cute!
I thought about that too, with Forte turning into a mangled corpse with guts everywhere when the spell broke, ewwww lol.
15:55-16:18 For those who need an explanation on that "plot hole", allow me to explain to the best of my ability. As we all know, the special edition of BATB included the "Human Again" sequence. Originally, that song was written for the film, but it was cut due to either time restraints or for pacing. In 1994, Disney debuted the Broadway Version of BATB (which in my opinion is the BEST versions of BATB) which included new songs and extended scenes. One of the new songs that debuts was in fact "Human Again" and one of the extended scenes was the Beast revealing that he's illiterate, but that happens after he gives Belle the library and that whole scene takes place during the "Something There" number. After the success of the Broadway show and the incredible response to "Human Again", Disney finally decided to add the song into the film as well as add in the scene where Beast reveals he's illiterate to pay homage to the Broadway show but also to add a little more to Belle and Beast's chemistry, but the whole musical sequence was added in to pay homage to the late Howard Ashman. So I guess you can say that the special edition retcons The Enchanted Christmas (and Belle's Magical World) but I guess that all depends if you prefer the theatrical edition or the special edition. If you ask me, since the Broadway show is my favorite, I guess you can say I prefer the special edition so the sequels technically don’t work in the timeline.

Funny story, when I first played the game “Epic Mickey” back when it first came out, I thought the pipe organ boss in the haunted mansion level was gonna be Forte.
This isn’t the only awful animated Christmas movie that Paige O’Hara has voiced a character in. “Rapsittie Street Kids: Believe in Santa” makes this movie look like the original B&B in comparison.
I swear, I like that thumbnail you had for Belle. She was looking like, "DURR, MERRY CHRISTMAS!" And a belated Merry Christmas to you, Raisor.
Makes me wonder which Christmas sequel starring Tim Curry is worse. This movie or "Home Alone 2"?

Forte is indeed the best part of Beauty and the Beast: An Enchanted Christmas, precisely because he's the only 3D character in an otherwise 2D film.
This was a great review, and DEFINITELY better than Lindsay Ellis's review on this, because she spent much more time on making these weird gestures than actually pointing out the problems with the movie. Even though I did disagree with you on some points (For example I think that Belle's singing is horribly sloppy compared to how it was in the original), I won't force you to agree with me, and this was still a great review to watch.
2:24 Fair enough. She's one of the few Disney princesses without a bland personality but also isn't some crazy, off-the-rails kind of gal.
What about Ariel? She isn't crazy. None of the other princesses were lol
1:34 Are those the villagers; and if so, when did that happen? The last time I recall, they blindly followed Gaston, turned on Belle and her father, and attacked the castle, only to end up being pummeled by furniture. After that scene, we never hear from them again. As someone who's still salty over them, I'd like to know what their relationship with Belle is. Did she forgive them, along with everyone else? Hell, where are LEFOU AND THE OTHER STOOGES? You'd think they'd at least blame her at first for Gaston's death.

I just saw Beauty And The Beast The Enchanted Christmas today. I usually watch it at least once a year, and yeah it's pretty fucking bad. But at least it's not Belle's Magical World or THE GOD AWFUL Disney Live Action CGI Remake and let's be honest. Tim Curry as an Evil Magical Giant Pipe Organ that fills the role of The Beast's Grand Vizer who actually likes being cursed and tries to manipulate The Beast to destroy The Magic Rose while simultaneously trying to kill Belle in order to prevent the curse from being lifted is actually a great idea. Which the movie executes pretty well. I also love how Forte can weaponize his music from hypnotizing The Beast to being potentially lethal. Too bad the rest of the movie sucks.

Belle made a dumb decision. Searching for a tree in the MIDDLe of a forest full of wolves AND with Chip who's a kid. Not only she puts her life in danger but she puts his as well. Also, the teen could cut one at the begining of the woods. Guess she forgot that. Belle is pretty but not that smart X) The worst part about that? She didn't felt guilty or appologises to Chip. It's like she didn't care that they both almost die. I though the Beast was a jerk but she is too apparently!

Yeah there was a lot of filler in this movie that can easily being removed: the flute's shenanigans, Angelique's song and presence, Big Ben and Lumiere's song which wasn't that good and useful. Removed thoses things and developped more the characters is a good idea... too bad Disney didn't do it :S It would make the movie better, not excellent but ok.

I think the movie would've been alot better without Fife He's a worthless character that just sucks He's the typical Minion With F In Evil that ultimately redeems himself and sides with the hero's against their Evil Boss at the end of the movie. Now we've seen the whole Minion With An F In Evil schtick done a millions times from Disney often done better. Sometimes The Minion With F In Evil legitamately enjoys being evil But they're to stupid and incompetent to carry out the villians orders. Sometimes they have a moral compass that conflicts with their job. Sometimes it's a mixture of both. Some notable examples come to mind Snoops from The Rescuers who serves Madame Medusa, Fidget the peg legged Bat from The Great Mouse Detective who serves Professor Ratigan, Horace and Jasper who serve Cruella Deville from 101 Dalamations, and in that movie Horace leans more towards the role of Minion With An F In Evil than Jasper. Mr Smchee from Peter Pan, who serves Captain Hook, Creeper The Little Green HobGoblin who serves The Horned King from The Black Cauldron, Mort The Little Brother to Hopper The Evil Grasshopper who terrorizes an entire ant colony in A Bugs Life, Le Fou from The original Beauty and The Beast who was Gaston's lackey and last but not least Pain and Panic who serve Hades from Hercules. They fill the requisite role of Minion With An F In Evil very well But not Fife He's only serving Forte for the promise of being given a stupid solo THAT'S FUCKING LAME and Fife's slapstick comedy just isn't funny

Belle is hot, true but what about Esmeralda or Meg? Thoses womens are sooooo pretty and as much as Belle. I put them in the '' hot ladies '' category while Snow White, Cinderella and Alice can go in the cute category. Mulan and Pocahontas goes in the '' bad-ass and strong womens '' list; Anna and Elsa in the '' Twins princesses '' one. Penny and Wendy in the '' We aren't princesses but are kind and cute '' category. Kida in the '' why am i not with the other princesses but Mulan and Pocahontas are... even if they ARENT' princesses at all? '' category.
Eilonwi from Black Cauldron is the only disney girl i hate. First, she always giggle like a moron which is annoying XS Second, she can't fight and isn't brave. Third, we got NO PROOF that she is a real princess. All the teen did was saying she was from a kingdom and that's it. No crown and jewels, no pretty dress or elegance. She got none of that!
