A real oven? Wow, that's awesome. I'd say turn it to its lowest setting and keep a close eye on it as all ovens (even real ones) vary greatly. Adjust as necessary.

I have a real oven with just a dial so I just need to know the temp to turn it on at. So does that mean 200 or even 150 will work?
