He’ll get the first inch from pump alone. He just has to pack on 3/4” by priority training the arms.
Including many factors like your genetics, bone thickness, muscle strength etc. one can possibly reach more or less 18" arms naturally, I think.
I am 5'-8", reached 17" arms size with heavy sholders (have naturally broad shoulders) with 85 kg weight in 2009 without a single unnatural way and then had a serious accident and went through total hip replacement surgery and then intentionally lost 18 kg weight.
Arms shrinked down to 14" and so on 😢
Now at the age of 42, having 3 children, I have started workout with full motivation 😊

at 6'3" its almost very hard that too 10% bf,so its not natural to go beyond 18" trust me I had 19.3 at 17% bf that too mainly in my belly now its like 13-14%bf and am 6'4" yeh if you got thick bones may be ull have half an inch more thats it.once you stop.cycling its gone at least 50% of it is gone

Hey Steve, great video. I have started doing this training in the gym; I have done exactly the same workout and heck it's hard n fun. Since your doing different workouts 3 days a week on arms. I thought you would make a video on the next two. As I remember the next one is light arm workout (high reps). It would be really helpful to some of us if you film the other two workouts, I want to join you on this journey to grow arms too. Maybe not to 20 inch but to just grow. Have a nice day buddy

That breaking Benjamin thou. I️ will not bow.
If you stand the opposite direction while doing those Free Motion machine cable curls you'll get a way better stretch and contraction (the machine being behind you will pull your arms backwards stretching the bicep more)

Hey Steve great video!! I'm in need of getting bigger arms I'm stuck at 18's right now and seem that I can't get past them. Maybe I'm not hitting arms enough through the week is my issue. I definitely mix up my workouts whether is controlling the negatives that eccentric or doing drop sets and super sets. I get my rest as well. Feel like I've hit a plateau... 🤔 Any advice would be definitely taken.

Are you competing for more inches or more area?
You guys should compare your averaged growth in both arms over the 6 weeks. And you should compare relative growth (i.e. if you both grow the same amount in inches, then Steve has the greater relative growth to his initial size). That would be a better true comparison.
