Gorgeous, I love the colour. My hair is the same texture and volume as yours, but mine is down to there. I'm too lazy for all this, and I do not enjoy standing in front of a mirror fiddling with my face and hair for an hour every day. If you have long, frizzy, thick, or heavy hair that doesn't want to hold a curl throughout the day, here's another option: Put your favorite leave-in conditioner/mask in your hair; anything that won't need to be washed out. Twist it, pin it up (scrunchies, ties, and clamps leave crimps in the finished product). Sleep in a satin bonnet (something you should be doing every night anyway because you wouldn't believe how much moisture a cotton/polyester pillow case will leech from your hair). In the morning, get up, make coffee, do whatever you do to your face, then just take the bonnet off, let your hair down, dry detangle with your fingers, and it looks just like this. Growing out my natural silver and at my 13th month. It’s been a journey for sure and I still have my colored brown hair at the ends but it is fading. My gray is very shiny and silvery, I believe yours gray hair is dull since you bleached it. Once you have your natural gray come through I’m sure it will have lots of shine and sparkle.

I have kinky natural curly hair and I use it to def-frizz my hair. It’s the 1st step in getting my hair straight. Of course now that I’m 62 I don’t have half the hair I had when I was younger. My nickname was “helmet head!” I wore it in a fro. It’s so thin now idk what to do with it. I wash it and comb in back and slap a head band on it. I love how your hair turned out. It’s crazy but I find it so tedious to do my hair after having washed it. My hair is very frizzy and I just normally pull it back.
I have thick wavy, frizzy hair and a little tip I learned was to get a large claw clip for thick hair, twist hair in one direction- put it up when it's damp, and use a smoothing serum. After about 2 hours...let it down and it looks much smoother with big loose curls.
Lisa, my gf went on keto and her hair really suffered, it was falling out, drying out etc, apparently it’s a thing on keto. She started eating more protein and supplementing with b 12 and her hair went back to normal.

I would think the No 8 hair mask would go on after shampooing because the ingredients of the mask need to penetrate the hair shaft then conditioner after if you need it is supposed to seal the cuticles and detangle. Maybe Olaplex is different. Idk but generally that would be the order. I love the No 6 hair cream. Still on the fence about the serum but I have long course frizzy hair like Lisa

Thick hair isn't all its cracked up to be. I personally LONG for thinner hair. It's hot and sweaty and unruly

I prefer No. 3, it's free of silicones. No. 8 has dimethicone as the 2nd ingredient. Coats the hair badly IMO.

That is the exact hair I have and texture. It goes the same after drying and the same when I use the curler dryer.

Hi Lisa, I have a question for you. I have wavy/curly hair and I was wondering can you use leave in conditioner instead of regular conditioner but at the end of the shower rinse it out? I always feel like leave in conditioners are to heavy for my hair to leave in. I just want to make sure it will still condition my hair even if I rinse it out?Thank you friend!
