I have to agree with him, I hate how NASCAR makes the splitter's so that whenever they touch the grass the splitter's just get ripped off the car, I also don't like why the grill opening is so small, whenever you get just a speck of grass on there 5 laps later you're gonna blow up.
Kurt causes alot of his own issues, but he's 100% correct about the cars. NASCAR has taken loose, hard-to-drive, cars and made them into IROC cars, like a bunch of go-karts.
@PatrickRoy30 The only reason Jimmie Johnson has won 5 championships in a row is because of The Chase. He wouldn't be able to win if the points weren't erased in the final 10 races and only 12 drivers were allowed to compete for one title.
They edited it. Check the Brickyard 400 Sights and Sounds video on NASCAR's website. He said, "Thank you, NASCAR. 2007, you ruined my career." Which is the year they introduced the COT. The media and NASCAR are suspending Kurt Busch for the stupidest reasons.
@clwgirl510 its like in baseball, football and basketball, if it was solely based on records that keeped progressing, then the Phillies would be the world series champs and last year the Falcons wouldve won the Super Bowl, it allows teams that had some bad luck but kept their shit together, to have a fair and equal shot at it and it makes it more competitive i think, no driver has a huge advantage to start the final 10 races
Really I don't see what good moving the seat 4 inches away from the door will do. The foam also is not a problem. By what I said I meant implent the safety features from the CoT into the old car so it's basically the CoT without the ugly body and you can still tell the different between the makes without having to look at the manufacturing logo.
There's a thousand other drivers, just as good as Kurt, just dying to get their chance to drive for Penske. Getting a ride in NASCAR isn't all skill, it's a lot of money and a lot of luck too. Move aside Kurt, you don't deserve it.
No, the person who's career got ruined by NASCAR was Jeff Gordon. If it wasn't for NASCAR, Jeff would be a six-time champion. The chase ruined everything for him! At least Jeff's a good enough sport to not whine about what could've been, but just keep trying and trying to adapt to the changes to NASCAR. Now the last 10 races of the year are more important than ever.
They ruined there own sport along with it. Hell look at the stands nobody goes to the races anymore. We did not come for NASCAR. We came to support our manufacturer and then the drivers who drove the cars. Bill Elliott was hated by NASCAR and voted most popular driver 16 times by the fans so what does that tell you.
As angry as he is here, he has a good point about stupidly-built race cars. One of the big flaws in the current COT design is that the splitter acts like a plow in the grass, and thus the car can't go through the grass without getting sod caught up in its grille...or worse yet ripping the nose assembly straight off the car. More than a few wrecks have proved this, such as Landon Cassil's in the 2011 Coke 600.
@PatrickRoy30 Um that's how MLB, NHL, NFL, and NBA have ALWAYS been. NASCAR has not always had the Chase. Also NASCAR drivers race EVERY other NASCAR driver EVERY weekend. MLB, NBA, NFL, and NHL teams don't play every team during the regular season, therefor the best can't be decided in the regular season. However, in NASCAR, it can.
Okay, some things that I feel I should say. Kurt's got one hell of a temper; that's pretty obvious, and I don't necessarily agree with a lot of his actions; but let's face it: whether we were for him or against him, he made entertainment. I understand there's a border line of how far you can go, and Kurt needs to understand that- so does Kyle. Personally though, I think they both still need to be in the sport though. First, counsel them so they don't have so much anger.
The funny thing is, NASCAR actually helped Kurt Busch's career by introducing the Chase, because if it hadn't been for that, he wouldn't have won the championship in 2004.
Yeah, that guy went on to finish off a hall of fame career, and won a Daytona 500 in the mean time. And you’re probably the same hateful person 11 years later
Kurt's career aside I do agree with him on the car. Was it really required that you change the entire make of the car so there are no differences between the different makes? Just implent some of the safety features from the CoT into the old model. Would it really be that difficult to increase the size of the roll cage a bit, move the seat 4 inches toward the center of the car, and put foam in the driver's side door area on the old model?
He is kinda right, these cars are freakin tanks with no grip and they do go to shit if they hit the grass as kurt showed us this race and at daytona once too. Bring back the cars from 01, move the seat further from the door, leave the splitter in the garage and get back to real racing
@nascarfanatic2425 I agree. I enjoy all these Kurt Videos. And i've never seen Kurt do anything that crossed the line on the racetrack like his brother has. What Kyle did to Hornaday should've left him without a ride. You can't treat people the way Kurt does though. Even though, it does crack me up.
he is right about one thing the cars do suck... go back to the old ones, and make the back bumpers not line up very much so we can get rid of this 2 car draft shit at daytona and talladega
Yeah, I have to agree, if you're in the right frame of mind. I just feel sorry for his crew and crew chief. If he loses his ride I think they should take him behind the trailer and beat the crap out of him. They've earned the right. Now that would be funny as hell.
@clwgirl510 gee, because the US congress totally didn't sign into law that tabacco companies cannot sponsor a public event, NO SIR! that went into effect in 2004, so, winston HAD NO CHOICE or they would be in deep federal trouble, helps to research shit.
@PatrickRoy30 Main point. All NASCAR drivers race each and EVERY single NASCAR driver every weekend. So the best can easily be decided. MLB, NBA, NFL, and NHL don't play every single team during the regular season. Also.... MLB, NBA, NFL, and NHL are divided into Conferences and Divisions, NASCAR is not. Your point is very invalid and useless.
Actually Nascar wrecked Jeff Gordon's career by implementing the chase did you now he would be a 6 time champion 1 behind Earnhardt if the chase would not have been created...And Johnson would only have 1 championship. Talk about wrecking someones career.
I'm not a Busch brothers fan by any means but it does seem like Kurt does something OMG its a breaking news story. Kyle does the same thing "Don't do it again" NASCAR doesn't really call the races fair and they are harder with penalties on some drivers over others
I guess he'd rather be able to drive ON GRASS WITH SLICKS than be safe, freakin' idiot. Maybe he should put some treaded tires on then. I guess NASCAR is sorry that they couldn't design a race car purposely built for Mr Kurt Busch.
It has come full circle.
and now after that pocono crash, hes right! literally
If only Dale senior was still alive and racing. I think he'd have a ton of fun messing with Kurt.
I have to agree with him, I hate how NASCAR makes the splitter's so that whenever they touch the grass the splitter's just get ripped off the car, I also don't like why the grill opening is so small, whenever you get just a speck of grass on there 5 laps later you're gonna blow up.
wellllllll
I guess he nicknamed his anger nascar
am i the only one that misses the pontiac built nascars?
Kurt causes alot of his own issues, but he's 100% correct about the cars. NASCAR has taken loose, hard-to-drive, cars and made them into IROC cars, like a bunch of go-karts.

For no amount of money I wouldn’t work for Kurt
As long as he doesn't have to blame himself. His career was ruined ever since his fight with Jimmy Spencer
I actually loved the old splitters better.

Kurt, you have to have a good career first before NASCAR can ruin it.
You ruined my carrer by giving me my championship, my 24 wins and for putting me in the chase.
NASCAR really ruined Kurt's career on this one.
There's a thousand other drivers, just as good as Kurt, just dying to get their chance to drive for Penske. Getting a ride in NASCAR isn't all skill, it's a lot of money and a lot of luck too. Move aside Kurt, you don't deserve it.

I liked when they didn't have the shitty CoT. Period.
if he didnt have such a big mouth and hot temper..................... makes you wander how many more championships he could have
They ruined there own sport along with it. Hell look at the stands nobody goes to the races anymore. We did not come for NASCAR. We came to support our manufacturer and then the drivers who drove the cars. Bill Elliott was hated by NASCAR and voted most popular driver 16 times by the fans so what does that tell you.
you mouth has done that, not Nascar
As angry as he is here, he has a good point about stupidly-built race cars. Kurt's mouth ruined his career
"Race cars where you can't touch the grass." - Kurt Busch
I'm sorry, but isn't the point of racing to avoid the grass at all costs?
Someone should have told Earnhardt that
@PatrickRoy30 Um that's how MLB, NHL, NFL, and NBA have ALWAYS been.

NO, HE RUINED HIS OWN CAREER.
No he wouldn't. Hendrick doesn't babysit bullshit...
how can he ruin what he never had?
Yeah, that guy went on to finish off a hall of fame career, and won a Daytona 500 in the mean time. And you’re probably the same hateful person 11 years later
What Career,,, I Think He's History,,, Now
these stupid cars have ruined ALOT of careers
Kurt's career aside I do agree with him on the car. Was it really required that you change the entire make of the car so there are no differences between the different makes? he doesn't blame nascar he thanks them.
Kurt Busch got fired say good bye to his anger issues!
He is kinda right, these cars are freakin tanks with no grip and they do go to shit if they hit the grass as kurt showed us this race and at daytona once too. Bring back the cars from 01, move the seat further from the door, leave the splitter in the garage and get back to real racing
No wonder Kurt has been doing so many test with next gen car😂😂😂😂
just a lil jealous because Kurt has more talent then JJ id guess?
I wouldn't say that. He had a championship the year after he got in it with Spencer.
Thank you Nascar for ruining my career in Nascar!
I agree with Kurt.
@nascarfanatic2425 I agree. I enjoy all these Kurt Videos. And i've never seen Kurt do anything that crossed the line on the racetrack like his brother has. Yeah. "Ruined" his career. Didn't he make the chase? I hope that working for an underfunded team gives him some humility.
there was not much to ruin
He's out now. Captain Roger threw him out!!!!!
He should have complained about the apron (or lack thereof).
BRING IT BACK
A Shit Leopard Can't Change Its Spots
@mcr2124 I don't like him, in fact I hate him but he's had a fairly good career... he's won a championship and he's consistantly in the chase
Yeah, I have to agree, if you're in the right frame of mind. I just feel sorry for his crew and crew chief. If he loses his ride I think they should take him behind the trailer and beat the crap out of him. They've earned the right. Now that would be funny as hell.
I bet he's rejoicing about the whole Aj thing. Lol.
Well, he is the 2004 series champion.
LOL, bring out Jimmy Spencer's crying towel
man I would of said the same thing if I was the one that ruined my own career
I thought the point of racing was to win at all costs..... But I must be mistaken
@clwgirl510 gee, because the US congress totally didn't sign into law that tabacco companies cannot sponsor a public event, NO SIR! that went into effect in 2004, so, winston HAD NO CHOICE or they would be in deep federal trouble, helps to research shit.
Nope.
@doofy148 Or maybe demolition derby for his little brother!
NASCAR gave you a championship by implementing a 'The Chase'. They helped make what little career you had.
What Career?
@PatrickRoy30 Main point. All NASCAR drivers race each and EVERY single NASCAR driver every weekend. So the best can easily be decided. MLB, NBA, NFL, and NHL don't play every single team during the regular season. Also.... MLB, NBA, NFL, and NHL are divided into Conferences and Divisions, NASCAR is not. @xX60DemonDrummer09Xx -- this is the reason we tune each race week and it's the reason you clicked on this video AND took the time to comment...
maybe you guys should go watch the documentary fox did on him and youll see it him from a completely different view...
I'm not a Busch brothers fan by any means but it does seem like Kurt does something OMG its a breaking news story. Kyle does the same thing "Don't do it again" NASCAR doesn't really call the races fair and they are harder with penalties on some drivers over others
Well lets see how you like Front Row Motorsport's cars now your out at Penske Racing!
what a crybaby
Most of these guys today think there bigger than NASCAR when in fact there a bunch of punks ruining a once great sport
Theres dirt track racing Kurt! LOL
haha That made me laugh. Yes he is more talented at running his mouth that lead to his career going up in smoke..
THIS SHOWS IT RUNS IN THE FAMILY
YOU'RE FIRED!
THANK YOU!!!! I've been saying that to morons for years.
I will say this, NASCAR got all screwed up when it switched from Winston to Sprint.
@JRRacing64 Nemechek won't hire him either! Joe's mama will wash Kurt's foul mouth out with soap!
@Cattniip9 Would it really take you that long? Or just take your time and enjoy it?
I guess he'd rather be able to drive ON GRASS WITH SLICKS than be safe, freakin' idiot. Maybe he should put some treaded tires on then. I guess NASCAR is sorry that they couldn't design a race car purposely built for Mr Kurt Busch.
@rom661 Oh yes. They should invite Jimmy Spencer too.
The Busch boys- legends in their own minds!
