    I try to eat everything fresh but I do eat dried seaweed (Nori) everyday. It comes dried and packaged in the Asian section. It’s suppose to be good for my thyroid (I’m on Levothyroxine 25mg)

    You are just beautiful! Do you have info for restoring hair health? I take vitamins and periodically drink home made mean green juices. I use organic shampoo, no harmful chemicals or processes on my hair.

    Thank you Dr. Paz. Very helpful video! I have a question: what are your thoughts on meat and dairy products in relation to inflammation ? Would you recommend to completely eliminate meat and dairy? Thank you in advance.

      You're very welcome, Lina. Regarding your question: It depends. Everyone is different and that's why it's difficult to prescribe a diet that is good for everyone. In general, I can say that it all depends on the person and the source of the meat and dairy. I see that a lot of people react to dairy and have a hard time digesting it, which can lead to inflammation. Regarding meat, it depends on the meat and on the source of the meat. Whatever the meat (animal) you eat, you're also eating what they ate, so that's why I recommend that you eat grass-fed and grass-finished meat and organically fed pastured poultry. The best way to find out if this is for you is to work one on one with a trained practitioner who can guide you through a process to find what is inflammatory for you. I hope this helps.

      You’re very welcome, @Carla & Nic Richelle. Grape seed oil is, unfortunately, an inflammatory oil. Stick to avocado and olive oil instead

    I just stumbled across your video and I’m starting my journey to fight inflammation.. I have arthritis in my hands and it’s slowly moving around my legs… im also borderline diabetic 🤦🏾‍♀️I’m also looking at recipes that feature vegetables… doing it slowly since some of my FAVORITE things are cold cuts and large subs!
    Normally I hate water I’m a soda drinker but I’m noticing the more water with lemon drink the soda has been disgustingly sweet! My question is in the morning when I wake up I can’t eat anything I’m not hungry and I especially can’t drink water on an empty stomach I feel nauseous…I can only stomach my one cup of coffee..
    Help!

      It's totally ok to not feel hungry first thing in the morning. Don't beat yourself up over that! You're doing great! The lemon water is a great addition to your routine. It is helping you digest your food, which may be an indicator of low stomach acid. This is very common. Go with avoiding sodas; keep leaning on that! The sugar and sweeteners are your enemies.     Plants contain a self defence chemical to stop animals and insects eating the them. It is also true the most plants are grown using chemicals and pesticides. Some people have a strong reaction to high plant diets

    but sunflower oils and fish oils are rich in essential amino acids and omega 3 , they help in reducing inflammtion

      Yes, you’re right. Unfortunately sunflower oil is highly processed and inflammatory. Fish oils are anti-inflammatory
