Facts! My whole journey started with bodybuilding as well. I started out very early at around 12-13 years of age and it has developed my character and life. Bodybuilding has been the stepping stone for all of my successes.
In my experience, building muscle itself doesnt help too much other than for people who are into that kind of thing, but its mainly the mindset that comes with building muscle. The inner feeling of being dominant to other males, and thinking people will like you more because you are muscular gives you more confidence which in turn helps yes.
But thinking this way makes your ego bigger, wouldn't you feel it would be better to think in a more humble way and focus on yourself, and build self confidence from within, instead of from being better than others. Would you still be confident if you weren't better than others?
@@amogusbruh3603 you could argue that, but I think that’ll come with maturity aswell. Also, most people struggle to build that confidence so giving other people something to be envious of and somewhat threatened by to make them think you are worth something, e.g. a really muscular body, may be an easier method.
@@astrotecn humble for the sake of others, not just so people will like you. If you are humble for other to like you, you are not really humble, its an act. It may be good to be the best you possible for others, and not only for yourself(as in getting better so people will like you). Well thats how I think.
@@amogusbruh3603 I mean if you like to be humble and shit good for you. But i dont think necessarely being humble makes you a better person, many people are humble cause of lack of confidence and wanting to avoid conflict at all costs. Something i really dont think highly off.
As someone who works as a personal trainer at a gym and has seen a lot of clients over the years. It is way too familiar to hear clients coming in with their head looking at the ground; with a nice body recomposition it can add so much confidence in the ways, you’ll know how to back yourself and hold yourself in different situations. If you can go from A to B with your physique imagine what you could do if you applied the same mentality with other things in your life. Great post Hamza
Appreciate your honesty. I have been working out since I was 12. Getting girls was not even a reason (I did not even know muscles attract women). I was struggling to fit in a group of guys. I was the weakest and occasional street fights did not turn out good for me (I am from a place where street fights are almost a common thing). So I started training. Now looking back, I started noticing every change Hamza has mentioned. Thanks god I made a right decision. For those who say they don't train for girls, training improves your mental health and reduces stress (No bullshit, my personal experience) Keep the hard work everybody
I'm 17. 5"6'' and always been insecure about my height so to make up for it I started working out 2 months ago. 6 days a week with rests on sundays so far the only noticable change is my biceps are a bit bigger and I'm also a bit more confident and don't stutter when Im talking to the girls in my school so hopefully one day I get as a big as you. Thanks for motivating me:)
17 and im 5" 🙂 2 months regular gym And now have to take 20 day break for exams (atleast i have to pass 😂) , it really hurts when you are consistent for 2 months but you have to take a break😭😭
this video touched me deep down, i remember being weak as fuck, being skinny, being ugly, 5 months into lifting and people treat me much better. Keep grinding and trust the process
Please guys, every body is not good, work on yourself i was small and i tought i was ugly as well,i was invisible in groups,i felt like beta and i really was,but 3 years aprox in lifting everything is diffrent now,im ussualy main guy in groups even when i meet new people, everyone looks at you diffrently, also your mindset changes by working out and that hepls with every segment of life, trust me start lifting it really improves your life in every way possible, and always stay real with yourself
mann im absolutely confident with my look, you know... good body, good face, quite tall (5 11), only problem is that i really really suck with my social skills, i don't like people in general and i dont go out, but i really enjoy working out
I don't think it's building the body that helps, but the journey that does . Along the way you endure challenges that strengthens you and teaches you important life lessons. The body and the other benefits is simply a reward of that.
Idk man, the journey is just lifting some weights I don’t think that’s gonna cause very significant character development. The main reward is the body.
No it's definitely the body lol. The thing is the journey is an extension of the body. When a girl sees a guy in shape, it subconsciously tells her about the hard journey he went through. Let's say hypothetically u went through a hard journey but it doesn't show on ur body, girls won't notice you.
I remember being skinny-fat in my first year of college. After training very hard from the beginning of the summer holidays to the spring of my second year, it was s very hot day so I decided to wear vest and shorts. My friends were shocked and couldn't believe it. And girls were checking me out, looking at me differently. I still remember that day
Bruh let me tell you all my story. I was a fat kid until 15. Then after I got humiliated by a girl who sayd I was going to die a virgin I went 100% diet + academy + spinning class every single day. I had blood in my eyes (figuratively). I lost weight VERY fast (around 20kg in 3 months or less), and still got muscle because I got a balanced diet. Thanks to that I understand everything you say, I got friends, got noticed, got girls really interested in me, everyone treats you diferent when you have a nice body. Its not heaven, I got some bad breakups and some bad times, but I was satisfacted with were I was. One thing I regret is not going to more parties, and after the 3 or 4 first moths I got sloppy so I didn't reach my full potential, I was just an above avarage guy (or even avarage idk). When I got into college in 2018 my life was quite bad and stresfull because of the college preparation and family stuff and I gained all my 20kg back. Now im tired of this sedentary life, I started going out again and basically no girls look at me. And seeing you and your story makes me so motivated to go hard again. Listen boys, if you don't do it now you will regret, in a few years you will renember this moment and regret not going for it. You gotta go hard, go diet 100% (have a trash day or meal and hold all your cravings until this day), do academy at least 5 days a week. Even if you think that your genetics fucked you (which in most cases I see people are wrong, not all of them though, but im talking about people who are born very deformed, and still they got better chances if they go to the academy because it changes how people view you and how you behave and feel), just know that you did everything you could. If I hadn't got lean I would not have lived so so many things. Go for it and trust me, with these things if you wanna suceed you gotta have a long term plan and take it very seriously and go hard, and every day imagine yourself at the end of the journey, because you will get there.
If u are able to, u should have a like interview or like talk with David Goggins. He’s a perfect example of what you saying. He was 297 pounds and lost 100lbs in a couple months. He did all the hard work and is one of the toughest and strongest people on the planet. Now he’s like 45 but in better shape than most men in their 20s.
I'm 28 now and this video is the reminder that I let myself go a long time ago. When I was 17-22 years old, I really got into strength training. After a year of consistent training i had already developed a noticeably muscular/aesthetic physique. It even changed how my face looked. Being lean is so important to maximize your face looks. It made a huge difference in how I was treated by not only girls but guys too. I was getting matches on Tinder, I was getting real interest from girls. Nowadays i get neutral interest at best. After 22 years old I got into running and endurance sports, the complete opposite of looking muscular. I was running 5-6 days per week and after 2 years I lost my physique despite becoming a decent level runner. But along with that I noticed changes in how I was treated by people again. I'm seriously reconsidering strength training again. This might be the video that made me realise before it's too late
From my experience, working out itself gives you the respect of men and my friends with very visible abs confirm the same thing: they always get compliments from males and very rarely from females. For women your muscles are actually less important than a feeling of self-confidence you get from building your body, so working out is useful but more in a psychological way
In your videos you really sound like you care about us and want us to be better and be motivated. Pro tip: If you build muscle but dont get lean, it will not help much.
I started weightlifting and swimming 2-3 months ago and have since stopped playing videogames or watching TV at all (I watch RUclips videos when I have nothing better to do - mostly about bodybuilding related topics and related to my job) and the improvement in everything is almost immediate. My back and neck hurt less, my muscles are starting to show, losing fat slowly, posture is better, generally more zest in social interactions, motivation way up... I can't say I feel younger because I'm actually better than I've ever been in some ways! I only hope I can keep this up for the long term.
When I started I working out I wanted to get rid of my thick legs and get stronger for football now 1 year later am feeling good looking strong performing well in my sport football and am generally striving to look and do better happy I found you hamza your funny and inspirational LOVE
got motivated by some of your videos starting to see minor positive changes in many aspects of myself, more positive thoughts are bubbling up in my headspace as I started noticing some changes thanks
It does help significantly. Take it from a once scrawney 5'6'' manlet. Couldn't commendeer the respect of anyone being this short and skinny, no one took my words seriously and I was seen as an easy prey. Girls didn't even bat an eye. I put on a significant muscle mass and with that people's respect for me grew. More importantly, my self-confidence grew and I felt so much better about myself. My success with girls also skyrocketted.
I'm very fortunate to have a colossal personality, so I'm usually a "main character" either way. Even though I'm short (5'4) and obese (200lb) I'm very extroverted and charming and have over a dozen true friends, I always have a plan lined up. I usually just drift towards becoming the center of focus in social circles, which says a lot. People who look like me don't usually get the life I have, and I'm very fortunate and blessed to be fulfilled and happy despite my image (still tough with girls though). So I'm very much looking forward to the latter stages of my journey where my body becomes lean and defined as yours and like what you're saying; it's going to be absolutely INSANE.
It’s in my opinion that building muscle helps because, it takes time. It takes time and patience. And it’s through this you learn the skill of patience, discipline, temperance (this more for diet and such but still), overall multiple great skills through this habit. But, you also gain something, the most important thing. Hope. You find out that “oh, there is hope for someone like me, I can do this.” And if you take that hope everywhere, you never stop growing.
7:40 Lmao "I got this...thing on my face" I have that too! Desi people like us have them but my mom says its actually a good think that makes us attractive. We call them tills I think
@ 2:18 "there's no point in having muscle that isn't even attractive" yes there is, for overall health and athleticism. Not everyone trains solely to look attractive.
06:25 that's pretty obvious cuz, who wouldn't let a strong man lead. No one, unless they're stronger in any way, wouldn't want to take that risk (of losing their status) by disagreeing with someone who's built big and looks dangerous. Cuz also that's what a person looks like when they train properly; dangerous. I love looking dangerous lmao.
@@mortalkomment8028 True but that is mostly because bodybuilders dont focus on the group of muscles that give the explosive energy needed for monster punches, if they do boxing its a whole other story... also, i think punches are not all that important, bodybuilders can have insane grip strength if they get to your neck your dead.
@@astrotecn They're also pretty slow, so grabbing people's necks would be pretty hard for them. Most professional bodybuilders are too big to even reach their own backs, let alone someone's neck.
Imma be honest I actually don’t do it for the girls, like obv the evolutionary basic level is for reproductive success, but when I picture myself with my ideal body or working out or I see other men that are ripped and putting in work it’s like a beacon of hope for me that I can improve and be strong
The good thing about being ripped or fit, is that it builds self-esteem. You set goals, and when you meet them, it can build you up. I think a little different now, and am pretty much a loner and keep to myself. However I can talk well, and have no problem socially when I want to be sociable. I also can get physical when need be, or if it comes down to it, but I try to avoid fighting. Yeah having a nice body helps with women, as I see it myself, I get my share of women who look at me at the gym. However I don't act on it, and take care of business, which is why I'm at the gym. But knowing you can get women if you tried, I have to admit feels good. I'm also 6 foot and have full hair and jawline, so that plays a factor also. All this to say that Hamza is correct.
Been working out for almost 2 years now and lost like 70 pounds of fat, it's okay to start out with your main motivation being getting girls but eventually you need to start doing it for yourself. When you get in a relationship, if your main motivation is still getting girls, your motivation is gonna plummet until you start doing it for you. We're all gonna make it brahs.
I'm glad your on ur purpose bro but 70 pounds in 2 years? U could lose that in 5 months if u fasted. That's what I do anyway. It also has many other health benefits, not just rapid weight loss
Hamza speaking plain truth as always. Just after a couple of month in the gym i was walking on a very crowded sidewalk and i had noticed that some young men were mocking people that passed by, they especially liked to make fun of men who looked weak, as a teen i would have dreaded this situations, but i confidently passed in front of them with good posture and even though im short and they were much taller than me they stayed silent
I been in the gym for like 1y and a couple months and honestly, the only attention I get is from the boys but now I feel great with my body and my self, once you star seeing changes in your body, your self-esteem boosts like crazy, Don't be afraid of going to the gym is only positive things.
honestly a fit body and a nice face to go with will def get you women more easily ,the chisled jawline is what add to your look when your working out .
As a man who works out constantly, I can tell you girls DO like muscles. While they do not tell it loud, they do like men with a great physique, not necessarily a bodybuilder type, but just a good shaped and healthy body with ripped muscles.
I started watching this channel a few months when I broke up with my girlfriend at the time, which I now look back on with gratefulness, I would be a very different person if it hadn't ended. I'm 14 now, and I've been lifting/training for about 5 months now and it's had SO many benefits. My confidence sky rocketed in terms of my looks and social skills. Now my face is starting to look really good and my friends have said my jawline looks like Adoniiiisssss'. Also, I've been wearing a chain every day now and it's boosting my looks even more. I'm talking to way more people now. Now, I'm going to start figuring out how to make a business out of my fitness and health, which I'm gonna have to do some thinking on, I could start RUclips but I don't know what my dad would think about that. But I'm thoroughly enjoying my journey so far. Thanks Hamza.
Bro, I don't mean to hurt anyone. But, you should probably tune down the editing a little. I personally like it when the video is minimally edited because nothing distracts me then. Now, yes I may get a good laugh, but it's also a little distracting, and kinda doesn't give the face to face talking vibe some of your previous videos had. Again, don't mean to hurt anyone bro. And hope you have a good day.
It's a mental battle. Working out is a sign of, not only physical strenght, but mental strenght as well. The fact that you exercise your body on a daily basis makes you mentally stronger than most people surronding you(unless you workout with friends, or you're on the millitary)
It will help far more than you can imagine. Muscular and lean men live a totally different lives to the average man. You get treated far better by both men and women.
I have been working out for a month but I got a bit muscles, bigger shoulder, chest and biceps and triceps. Today I was out with summer outfit and got attention from almost all the girls on the street. And on girl literally approached me. I am so grateful that I choose this path. Hamza, you are great ❤
More power to you. There other ways to get some of benefits you have achieved and they don't take years that people can do in addition to body transformation or instead of it. * Challenging Automatic negative thoughts - I won't say it's easy, but it can be a matter of months or weeks until you notice people treating you better. At it's simplest it's just filling out a worksheet regularly. More complex, working with a councilor or therapist. * Dressing better - For guys the bar is so low. With a little bit of knowledge and a small budget you can get huge benefits in how others see and treat you.
100 pushups. 100 crunches mostly I prefer leg raises. 20 pull ups. 100 sit ups. Russian twists. 4km run for 5 days.2 days rest. 3litre water. Health eating. Wake up at 6 am sleep at 9:30pm. Stopped junk food.only eat it once in 4 months. I have job I can't give time to gym that's why I started at home. I'm ripped af now.i thought it was joke but after a month when I saw results I didn't stopped.
Looking a bit fitter and a bit more muscly will always make you look better in your clothes and generally more attractive to women but the key women don’t like extremes, and I think generally are into the ‘ fit ‘ look with a bit of muscle than a lot of muscle, so if you’re doing it to attract women just remember that it’s great to work out a lot but that greater size isn’t always beneficial, but naturally in the end you’ll wanna do what makes you happy anyway 👍
I'm currently doing MMA but recently joined the gym also and just did my fourth session. I found that I wasn't building strength and size so I thought the gym would help in assistance to MMA. I realize that I too wish to build that aesthetic physique because I too am a skinny and lanky individual. Hopefully in the coming months, even years, I will be able to achieve that physique. I have to admit, I'm really loving the gym. No anxiety or depression in sight. Also, I'm really enjoying Hamza's content, got me motivated to go into the gym. Thanks a lot man!
Yes. Yes it fucking does! 😂 especially with women but also with all aspects of your life, not only will you feel great but you won’t feel tired or anything like that from daily activities. Being strong helps you out so much, when I wasn’t in shape it would be annoying as hell to go to errands where I’d have to move a lot and now that I’m super in shape I barely even feel like I’m doing any work at all.

Honestly, Hamza would be more proud nof you if you refer to HIS sources. The books he recommends. You can watch Hamza's videos on his experience with stuff, but you must do stuff yourself to master yourselves.

@@amogusbruh3603 humble is overrated, girls dont like humble guys.
You’re basically reteaching Zyzz 101. We’re all gonna make it brahs. Stay up ✌🏼
Appreciate your honesty.
For those who say they don't train for girls, training improves your mental health and reduces stress (No bullshit, my personal experience)
Keep the hard work everybody

I'm 17. 5"6'' and always been insecure about my height so to make up for it I started working out 2 months ago. 6 days a week with rests on sundays so far the only noticable change is my biceps are a bit bigger and I'm also a bit more confident and don't stutter when Im talking to the girls in my school so hopefully one day I get as a big as you. Thanks for motivating me:)
Ayo man nice job bro fr I been to the gym for a while and I’m waiting for those results
how’s that life going for you now, four months later?
Awesome, but it's not 5"6" it's 5'6". ' is feet and " is inches

2 months regular gym
And now have to take 20 day break for exams (atleast i have to pass 😂) , it really hurts when you are consistent for 2 months but you have to take a break😭😭
this video touched me deep down, i remember being weak as fuck, being skinny, being ugly, 5 months into lifting and people treat me much better.

I don't think it's building the body that helps, but the journey that does . Along the way you endure challenges that strengthens you and teaches you important life lessons. The body and the other benefits is simply a reward of that.
Stop fallin for that journey bs... looks are very important.
I will say it was not the muscle growth it truly changed my mindset
omg the group thing is true bro, always the center
Going to the gym and placing daily emphasis on improving yourself for the long term is one of the most life changing things you can do imo
true, it improves not only your physique but your mentality too
I remember being skinny-fat in my first year of college.
Good video i love how you actually present all the topics in a humorous way and not like a robot like basically every other fitness youtuber
How’s it going bro
whats up now man?
From my experience, working out itself gives you the respect of men and my friends with very visible abs confirm the same thing: they always get compliments from males and very rarely from females. For women your muscles are actually less important than a feeling of self-confidence you get from building your body, so working out is useful but more in a psychological way
Yes was tired to workout and found what I came for.. lessgo grind some chest it's Monday!
In your videos you really sound like you care about us and want us to be better and be motivated. Pro tip: If you build muscle but dont get lean, it will not help much.
Being a bit fat and muscular hands down beats skinny non muscular, aka skinny fat.
I only hope I can keep this up for the long term.
body building is essential for the growth of every man
It helps a lot in terms of confidence
When I started I working out I wanted to get rid of my thick legs and get stronger for football now 1 year later am feeling good looking strong performing well in my sport football and am generally striving to look and do better happy I found you hamza your funny and inspirational LOVE
got motivated by some of your videos starting to see minor positive changes in many aspects of myself, more positive thoughts are bubbling up in my headspace as I started noticing some changes
thanks
I'm 14. I today did my first muscle up
It does help significantly.
Was waiting for a vid like this
i’ve been working out at home like press-ups dumbbells etc and i’m looking better, but i’m starting at a gym tomorrow 👍🏼
It’s in my opinion that building muscle helps because, it takes time.
It takes time and patience. And it’s through this you learn the skill of patience, discipline, temperance (this more for diet and such but still), overall multiple great skills through this habit. But, you also gain something, the most important thing.
Hope.
You find out that “oh, there is hope for someone like me, I can do this.”
And if you take that hope everywhere, you never stop growing.
Working out is the easy part but staying consistent to the diet is the hard one.
Nice editing Sam.
7:40 Lmao "I got this...thing on my face" I have that too! Desi people like us have them but my mom says its actually a good think that makes us attractive. We call them tills I think
" Adoniiisssssss " gets me all the time
Hamza is like the rebirth of Zyzz
@ 2:18 "there's no point in having muscle that isn't even attractive" yes there is, for overall health and athleticism. Not everyone trains solely to look attractive.
in terms of getting girls and getting respect there isn't any point, which was the point of the whole video
Damn I’ve been here since 20k and I’ve just checked his subscriber count, damn hamza go 140k quick fair enough!
Make your body serve your will. Not the other way around.
It's true but also funny. Most bodybuilders punch like girls. But they look as if they could murder anyone. That's a great effect of muscle.
U just gay bro doing it for men lmao
Posture wat im looking for

Damn thanks for these man !!!❤️
man, this channel is growing at an incredible rate.
As a man who works out constantly, I can tell you girls DO like muscles. While they do not tell it loud, they do like men with a great physique, not necessarily a bodybuilder type, but just a good shaped and healthy body with ripped muscles.
my biggest inspiration, fantastic video hamza
Bruh flexing on those cars got me 😂
Great video
6:50 haha oh man thats the funniest shit
ive never seen that
neville was always a legend :D
It's a mental battle. Working out is a sign of, not only physical strenght, but mental strenght as well. The fact that you exercise your body on a daily basis makes you mentally stronger than most people surronding you(unless you workout with friends, or you're on the millitary)
Adonis never approached the girls, the girls approached him.
“ No point in having muscle that isn’t even attractive “ hamza cold for this one
It will help far more than you can imagine. Muscular and lean men live a totally different lives to the average man.
You get treated far better by both men and women.

Great video man. Wish i saw it earlier
I have been working out for a month but I got a bit muscles, bigger shoulder, chest and biceps and triceps. Today I was out with summer outfit and got attention from almost all the girls on the street. And on girl literally approached me. I am so grateful that I choose this path. Hamza, you are great ❤
Dude I squat 500 pounds and girls don't even notice me. I'm 6'1 225 pounds of pure muscle women are just scared

Hamza Ahmed, The Goat that saves lives.
I love the zyzz references
