No worries! It took me a bit to figure it out myself but no issues anymore. I want to check if they have an update for Wireless Android Auto

It really has never worked with my 2025 S5 and even the dealer admits so much and they recommend using UBC cable. NO! My style of driving is frequent stops to different places during my drive. I do not commute for an hour each way like most. My attitude is that once CarPlay is set up, it should be set and forget. In other words, the phone should not need to come out of my pocket. About 30% of the time it works flawlessly. The rest, I have to sit in my driveway, turn the car off, open the door, close the door, turn the car back on and maybe it will sync. Usually, all I get is music but nothing on the screen. Face it, CarPlay is a failure. The Audi S-5 Prestige is basically an A-4, the bottom of Audi's product line and their horrible MMI UI is simply filtered down from other models that have moved on to more advanced MMI systems. The next car, NO car play or crap gadgets. I'm not a technophobe, quite the other way, an early adopter of cutting edge tech, BUT have no time for half baked nonsense. So, I just pretty much listen to nothing. I can't wait until Audi hands off the entire dashboard to CarPlay and or Android Auto. Should be a dream to use - NOT.
