Hello maam, I have a doubt here at 14:21 u are saying that the hrs will remain same for other paths other than critical past for 4 hrs however 5-6 activity is in both the paths wont the critical path then be 28 hrs ? Itll be very helpful if u could clarify this doubt.
on 3-5 activity you will incur cost of 50 and on 2-5 cost of 45 in total which is 95.....adding this to the previous cost 3385 and reducing indirect cost of 50 by 2 days i.e; 3385 +(50+45) -(2*50)=3380 this is more than what you will incur(3375) if you only crash activity 5-6 by 2 days as shown in the video, so crashing 5-6 will be the better option as objective is to incur minimum cost .

Yes the critical path will reduce, but to 29 hours when you chose 5-6 for crashing...
