Downtown Halibut & A Few Good Spotted Bay Bass in San Diego 2024

Catching a nearly legal halibut and some spotties in san diego bay. Legal size of halibut here is 22" and this one was 21".

I fish Newport harbor alot catch the same thing as you spotted and hall's it's a blast
