I’m definitely a late bloomer as well. I found your videos in early 2023 at 36 years old. A year and a half later I am 100% recovered from anxiety after decades of confusion and struggle.

I struggled with Anxiety for years and I didn't even know it was anxiety till i started having panic attack. I started to watch your videos and I understood the mechanism. I found also I get better really fast and my anxiety went down from sever to mild in 3 weeks by understanding one thing - If you resist the urge to understand your thoughts and where they come form for as little as 5 seconds- your thoughts will pass by. The problem I faced after that after the thoughts go away and I feel better, i feel weird that i feel better so i bring those thoughts back 🤣. I kept consistent even if that happen i do the same thing and the results are amazing. Be consistent and do the same even with feelings not just thoughts!

That is true. Once you figure out how to avoid negative thoughts, it feels weird and your brain wants to go back to old ways of thinking.

I am so grateful I had the opportunity to speak with Robyn during enrollment. She is such a light, I admittedly was sad she wasn’t one of the mentors in the program but once joining and seeing all of the mentors, she is just one of the many amazing people at BBP. Thank you for all that you do Robyn, Shaan and BBP team ❤

I was going to describe Robyn as exactly that, a light. Her energy is amazing and it gave me hope during my enrollment. Another A player on the BBP team.

From the hundreds of videos i have never seen a testimony video from shaan with somebody that had CHRONIC shortness of breath as their main symptom. It’s by far the scariest of them all and i never seen someone that had this problem. Which makes me super frustrated. Because of this i feel very alone and think this must be some other problem.

You’re falling into the classic anxiety trap of thinking that your symptoms are worse than all the others. He’s talked about shortness of breath numerous times. You’re stuck in the hamster wheel. It’s just anxiety. Focus on living and bring the shortness of breath with you. It’s uncomfortable but not dangerous.

Focus on your response, not whether or not the symptom is there.

Speaking from experience, they don't pressure you to join at BBP, also there are different options according to budgets. 👌🏻
