Good fast moving very relevant content. well done and all aspects are proven in action.
I appreciate that Paul!
Thanks for the tip on kohls, I scored 2 pairs of lerado cowboy boots that were internet returns, still new in box, for 25 bucks each after markdowns, and a returned pair of Nike sandals/clogs for 12. 100,120, and 60 are sold comps
Lets go! Good score!

Your very welcome! Here is the bigger clear bags that I use for jeans - amzn.to/3rjyIrt
Thanks for the video! Can you give me the link to the free group that you mentioned i think last week and was that an aztec Pendleton behind you hanging on the rack?
Hey Patrick would love to see you in the community! www.skool.com/profit-first-6817/about
And yes that I one of the blazers I picked up.
Thank you for helping :-) your tips help me a lot. I’m wondering where you get your plastic bags to put your products in? I’ve looked at several different kinds and trying to find the best deal. I’ve been using Ziploc bags gallon size or small trash bags and tying them off.
Your very welcome! - These are the bags I use for 99% of my inventory. amzn.to/3rjyIrt
@@BeauJohnson1 Wow those look great!!! Thank you for your help!! :)
Your very welcome :)
The problem seems to be inventory acquisition and the volume of inventory listed. Buying inventory at a price to resell at a profit in any sort of volume is very difficult.
Really depends on the process and metrics you set for yourself in your business. Focus on high STR and the rest will fall into place. You got this!
I agree, inventory is a problem,it seems these YTrs live in areas that get great inventory. My area is mostly Target brand clothes.
I literally sell all of my stuff within 24 hours of posting it. I always price it higher than other similar items, put the advertising rate on eBay at 5%. I put most of my focus on taking excellent pictures, and maximizing the keywords in the description. What kind of profit are you making on those $10 to $15 clothes? I’ve sold thousands of clothes on eBay, and the lowest offer I’ve ever accepted is like $32 plus shipping. I usually get each item for about $0.10 to $0.50 each. I don’t know if it’s worth it to buy a pair of $10 jeans at Goodwill, and resell them for $15, unless you can do it at scale and sell 25,000 of those pairs in a month.
Any advice on what to price western shirts that would normally sell for 15-20 but they have defects such as a small stain, snag or hole?
I would take a few dollars off depending on the damage. $10 sounds good plus shipping.
What boxes do you use for your inventory? Do you cut down a specific size?
These boxes here - amzn.to/3BZfmNp - and yes I cut down the side flaps so they fit on my racks.
???Question??? I see you have 2 LED's on each stand. How has that improved your photos? Are they also the 660's and how are they attached? Thanks in advance!
Yes they are the 660s and I zip tied the 2nd ones to the light stand. Really helps even the light around.
I have a new with tags Fjallraven shirt with small 1/4"x1/4" uknown stain. Would you attempt to clean, or just note on listing. If you would try to clean what cleaner, and process? Thanks!
Nice! Personally I would attempt to get the stain out, this is what I use to get out 99% of stains - amzn.to/455SB8x
@@BeauJohnson1 Thanks!
Your welcome 🙏
How much are you paying on the clothing that are selling between 10 and 20?
COG ranges between $1-5.
❤❤❤❤
How do you make any money selling something for $10 I mean is it worth it? I get it selling volume but the time it takes for you to list it pack it and ship it and you subtract out your cost of goods and eBay fees. I'm guessing you're at about six dollars profit
Is it worth it to list things at this price point I'm new to eBay, I'm starting to pick up a few things here and there and improve my skill, but I shy away from these kind of things cause I don't see where the money is
everyone should have value their time, and we all do differently. So what works for me may not work for others. Try a couple of different business models and see which one you like the best.
How many items do you list every day?
20 per day on eBay.
@@BeauJohnson1 Thank you!
How much do you pay for this warehouse
Its on our property so we pay $3200/MO for our home and warehouse.
I feel like a $10 sale would not be very profitable for me. I pay $3 on my inventory items.
$10 sold price plus $8.95 shipping is total profit of $6.54. While its not the best I'll still take it. Really depends on what your paying and how fast these items are selling. Everyone's business model is different, thank you for watching Veronica!
@@BeauJohnson1yeah here's the way I see it It's still close to a 30% profit margin. You can spend as much time researching stocks and still not do that well.
@@BeauJohnson1 Because you talked about making money on shipping I started doing it. Not as high as you but usually around $2 per order after supplies. It does make me feel better about some lower offers. Especially if I know I can use cubic 👍
Do you have any videos on photographing and your photo set up?
Can you please explain cubic shipping? I don’t know what the difference is from regular eBay shipping with ground AAdvantage or priority which is what I always use. Thanks so much.
🎉❤😊
