Does the ring ONLY provide information through its app or can it be used for other sleeping/fitness apps? How long does it take to charge and does the battery last significantly shorter when you're active during those 5-6 days?
They actually recommend putting the ring on your index finger for most accurate results.... I don't know why you're saying not to put it on your ring finger.
Yeah that's exactly my point - they say put it on your index finger because it has the most blood supply BUT having it on your index finger is always in the way. i tested the accuracy - it's the same on both fingers
@@WeDoTechThat's a stupid design if they intended it for the index finger. You're right. Anything on the index will be in the way for a lot of daily functions. That was lousy product development and lacked basic human insight.
Someone made a comparaison test between ringconn and a pulse oximeter and the results were identical. This is because of because of the high density of blood vessels close to the skin's surface something that cannot be achieved using a watch. In fact for accurate measurements a finger should be used not the wrist.
