Im glad you showed an upclose view at the end. I was sceptical on this one, but it looks absolutely amazing! I am starting to get the "feel" of the grimdark.
I've seen people get pretty good results for fixing pigment powders with both IPA and mineral spirits, the former looses less of the dustiness than varnish and the later winds up with it's own unique rusty texture a bit less dusty and a bit more crusty.
Great video, about to dive into my first set of table top terrain. Just wondered if you were aware of the buzz feedback on the audio? Noticed this on a video or two back.
Nice to see the terrain painting :) been looking forward to this and its been very helpful. Regarding pigment powders - i see that AK have a liquid enamel weathering pigment now, which seems to go on nice and then give the same type of dry matte finish the pigment powders provide, but with the benefit of fixers in the liquid. great video.
@@TheFeralPainter oh id love to see a review of your thoughts. @ninjon was where i saw it on his recent "bug" painting when he messed with their bases. But seems they are available in the UK too.
Good stuff! I'm in the middle of tackling my Gallowdark terrain and wanted to know if I could use DDR over the top of Streaking Grime, so that's super helpful.
Firstly I just want to say that I hope everything with your health is ok and that it’s something that passes. Secondly I love your content and would like to support you on a monthly bases, have you a patreon link? I might be blind but didn’t see it. Love your content and appreciate all the effort you put in to bring us the content!
Yes some it can. However my harder and Steinbeck one is treated inside with some sort of plating that allows it to use enamels without damage. Not sure if all airbrushes are the same thow. Cheers
Question if you where to paint a steel miniature base, the light is basically 12 o´clock. Would place the streaks in the same way you would here? Also blue metalics should i just use abteilung blue metal and smoke for the steaks??
This is what I'm looking for. A great amalgamation of techniques.
I'm looking forward to the next vid!
Coming soon! Thanks again

Great video. Nothing more to add, just commenting for the algorithm :-)
Thanks for that!
Hi Nate, good tutorial. For some reason I only could stream it in 240 p.
Think it’s HD now, was probably still processing
Sorry to hear that think it’s hd now
@@TheFeralPainter yes, I rewatched in HD

Yes you can! Works a treat!!!
To fix pigments to ya minis you can just use bob standard white spirts

Hay man!! Massive massive thanks for the kind words! Yes my PATREON is coming very soon ☺️ ✌🏼✌🏼 big thanks again
I really like your tutorials! Is there a chance to get in the near future a easy grimdark shema for world eaters? (Not heresy one 😄)
Sure thing
Very nice!
Thanks
Looks cool.
Cheers dude
You should do something similar for Zone Mortalis terrain for Necromunda. There are almost no good guides on that terrain on RUclips
I’ll take alook
@@TheFeralPainter Great. There are lots of guides on the ZM tiles, but not really on the walls and columns

Hey ! Juste a question, aren't you afraid that the streaking grime ruins your airbrush? I heard that it might be bad for it. Thanks !

@@TheFeralPainter I need to see rest of the videos. It is time to start painting some Necromunda terrain.
lens distortion is a little bit too heavy
Apologies

Amen
Use a primer, then a colour
Thata what i did 👌🏻
Using GW paints in general, especially terrain is a waste of money.
@@Jurgenzuopl sorry your opinion made u feel that way
It’s not a waste if I already have a lot and don’t have to go back out and buy more paints
