How to Add USB3.0 Streaming to Your Video Switcher

- If your existing video system does not have a USB output to feed into a streaming function, Nico Suárez will show you the different equipment you can add to stream online. For this demonstration, Nico uses a V-1HD+ Video Switcher, V-02HD Multi-Format Video Mixer, and UVC-01 USB Video Capture. The UVC-01 has an HDMI input and USB3.0 output so you can connect to a computer and Roland software or streaming platforms like Facebook, RUclips, Teams, or Skype.
The V-1HD+ feeds the main screen-projectors, LED screens, flat screens-through the HDMI output. Use an HDMI splitter to connect the UVC-01 and V-1HD+ if you want to use the UVC-01 without losing screen displays. Since the V-1HD+ has an audio mixer, audio will be present on the HDMI output and the HDMI from the UVC-01. If you need to connect an additional audio mixer for extra audio functions, the UVC-01 has a mini jack input that can connect analogue audio. Audio from both HDMI and the mini jack will be mixed and present on the USB3.0 output.

Hello, I just bought both V-1HD and the UVC-01. I downloaded the VR software to record my show, but I don't see any images but static greenesh screen
My audio volume is dropping after about 1 minute into the stream sounding like an AM radio? Tried numerous settings? Any recommendation to resolve?
Hey, would it be possible to record isolated outputs for each HDMI?
I can use the Rodecaster Pro with this?
Instead of giving HDMI loop out in one device, there are multiple convertors and cables. HDMI-USB Device should have HDMI loop out option, this is useless without loop out.
Keeping the cable manufacturers in $$$.
Why use/buy this when U already using AJA hardware and that also can provide units like this for almost half the price? And that with HDMI loop through. I really like Roland video hardware and have a couple of switchers...but dont really see why this hardware costs so much? Even BM is cheaper. Anything special that is included?
Cheaper isnt better. Ive broken many BM devices yet all our Roland stuff still works. If you already have other devices that does the same then great, if you dont then hopefully you will buy Roland because you have a relationship with them and like their products.
I bought the V8HD, and noticed I had to buy 10 other of their products just to be able to use their aerocaster switch/Live software for basic stuff like, user-friendly switching software and Live streaming software. I am warning u guys stay away from Roland products. They are the first company that i have ever came across to do that type shady of business. The products are named one thing, then they only do a very specific job, so then you need to buy their other products just to use everything to its full capacity. Anyone who builds their products and names them in a deceptive manner is a scammer. You were warned, but u can see for yourself. Roland are scammers. DO NOT BUY. Their sales don't know their products well enough to tell what you need. Their technical support doesn't even allow phone calls to be able to ask people what they need to buy, they will only use emails and give u 24-48 hrs to respond. This is a horrible company, its been a horrible experience, i never write reviews but man, i am not happy with them at all. I will make a video warning people. The only videos they have up are from their paid advertisements, so i believe its important to have reviews from decentralized sources so people can learn the truth and save a lot of money.
THANKS FOR THE VIDEO BUT THE PRICE OF THAT LITTLE ADD-ON DOESN'T MAKE SENSE TO ME, IT SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN €50 IN MY OPINION. GUYS THERE ARE SO MANY ALTERNATIVE FROM CHINA FOR LESS. TO YOU ROLAND THAT IS A CHEAT PLEASE COME COM AGAIN.
