  • If you have ever wondered how to change the front discs and pads on your Fiat 500 then just hit the play button.
If you own a new shape Ford KA the same principle applies!
    Anyway....
It's really quite simple all you have to do it remove the disc securing/retaining screws (10mm spanner/ socket )
Then using a hammer (and a punch ideally) tap the caliper pin throw.
Flip the caliper up and remove pads
Using a 17mm spanner remove the carrier to hub bolts and remove the caliper and carrier as one
Remove the disc (with force if needed)
Clean the hub service, push the piston back in with a g clamp
    Reassemble with greased pads.
So my battery died so I haven't got footage of the reassembling stage. But It's very similar to other cars so just check out one of my other brake videos for tips
Your following the instructions in this description and video at your own risk. I will not be responsible for damage, injury or death as a result of your work. I also won't be responsible for your success it's all on you!

Actually you didn’t do a replacement you just did a removal. The hard bit is re assembly not dismantling !
