I’ve never tried tried chuck on an air fryer but that looks pretty good Gary. More or less a Mississippi pot roast which is really great. Hope you have a great weekend buddy!

Lol thanks Lee. Should have used the pressure cook feature and it would have been done in no time. Oh well live and learn. Have a great week!

GT.. came for the pot roast, homewarming dish if ever there was one.. happily stayed for that apron mic drop. All that tenderness on the plate, that gravy juice in the bottom was calling all mashed potato romantics.. It's a love story, GT, you gave us today. MUAH!!

Thanks so much. I should have used the pressure cook feature and it would have been done in half the time. Oh well live and learn. Thanks for watching!

Nicely done - probably needed some kind of brazing liquid- thought the butter would have done it.,

Yea and if I wasn't a dumb ass I would have used the pressure cooker at first. I cold have done this in half the time at least. Well that's why we practice I guess.

That’s called a Mississippi pot roast. You should have left out the salt and pepper. Way to much salt for my licking. THANKS!

Tim I really appreciate the honest feedback. I’m an amateur for sure and always try to do better. I usually shoot for around 10 min and have improved a ton based on some of my early videos lol. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment. Have a great week. 🍻
