I used to be a Max Verstappen fan, but no longer. He's nothing but a punk who gets mad when he doesn't win every time. Give credit to Lewis for not putting the #1 on his car, when he had 7 chances to do so.
Bro its just a number
Doubt he cares what you think.
Credit for what? 😂 Oh man this kids are insane😂
Lewis actually put the no 1 in 2009. First and only time he did that and stop it, get some help - a Lewis fan.
@@Mohagnito94he had no choice
No,
Unfortunately he could not claim to be the best without achieving the triple crown. Other great drivers have conquered all three disciplines.
Its totally fine if he doesnt want to do it, but he could not claim to the "best" without doing so.
nobody has achieved the triple crown
@@Alumii Graham Hill - Monaco 5 times (1963, 1964, 1965, 1968 and 1969) He won the Indy 500 in 1966 and Lemans 24 hr in 1972. He is the only driver to do so.
I did write "drivers" plural. I thought Montoya and Rindt had done it also, but I was mistaken.
@@nickloepp329 Oh you are right, apologies my bad. but still its a very rare occurrence
@Alumii Indeed, very rare. But it has been done so max is S.O.L unless he does also. He will be the best F1 driver for that particular year absolutely. But not the "The Best".
Max never claimed to be the best, nor does he care to be the best. Max just wants to win
Till Verstappen tried his talents in something other than illegal rocketship he'll always be a one trick pony. Same with Hamilton.
he's scared because he knows in IndyCar he wont have the advantage of a superior Red Bull car. also he wouldnt get away with causing wrecks left and right in IndyCar like he's been known to do in F1. someone would smack him in the face in IndyCar. they dont play.
Excuse me what?? How is the Indy500 the greatest spectacle in motor racing? Almost every F1 track is more entertaining than a... Circle...
Ummm… I love watching state of the art cars go around the ✨Monaco GP ✨ at 27 MPH with 0 passing… totally entertaining. Go to the 500 in person and you’ll take it back 100%
Think he's too chicken, honestly!
It’s totally fine he doesn’t want to run it. It’s fine to turn down something that you don’t feel comfortable do but that being said, it’s hard for me to legitimately be able to call him one of the best ever if he never runs one of the Triple Crown races. And there is a part of me that is curious if he does win Monaco and the Le Mans 24, if he may change his mind a little bit
I agree with you 100%.
However... I would like to see him attempt the triple crown. I feel like he could legitimately do it
This guy actually thinks Max is intimidated by Indy racing. 😂😂
He might drive in it at some point, more than likely at the twilight of his career like alot of the great F1 drivers but I can assure you Max isn't even nearly intimidated by the Indy 500. This guy must be trolling or else is absolutely clueless about racing.
Or maybe he does not care about indy 500 because ovals are stupid
Go to the 500 in person and you’ll take it back I guarantee it.
He's chicken caca
He is nowhere close to the greatest ever
I think Schumacher said it best. It’s a few steps down from F1. It’s high risk putting yourself on track with 40 amateur drivers. It would be like Patrick Mahomes playing in the Australian Rugby Championship Match. Doesn’t make any sense to do something like that.
I’ve been to the Bathurst 1000 six or seven times and it takes a special breed of driver to race there so I’ll reserve judgement on whether the Indi 500 is the greatest race in the world.
No. We want to see max race the 500 because he is that good
Indy500 this and that... Stop! It's not the greatest spectacle. If it was then every aspiring driver would be looking up to it rather than spending their life and money for Formula 1. F1 is the reason of innovations which further bleeds into all the motor-racing categories.
yeah man, not anymore. leman hypercars are faster than f1 cars and have more innovative technologies. you tell me what is innovative about the rb19...
@@gherbo1609 stop the cap
@@Spankster. the new reg cars are ass, it is not "cap" it is the truth.
@@gherbo1609 Le Mans Hypercars are not faster over a lap. They may have faster acceleration times, but an F1 car is faster around a circuit. In terms of innovation, F1 has been at the forefront and a ton of the tech you see in Le Mans hypercars came from F1. F1 remains the most desirable place to be for racing drivers around the world… there are even a few hypercar and Indy drivers who have tried to get into F1 over the past couple years.
@@Spankster. you said it yourself, "has been" i dont dispute that it is the pinnacle of motorsport but the current cars are slow and not at all innovative. 2026 promises "movable aero", maybe we will see something ground breaking and innovative then.
Hours of turning left in the motorsport equivalent of ultimate slap fight might just not be enticing to someone like Max.
F1 is basically me driving around chicago gtfo lol
The 500 is like if every corner was Eau Rouge and you're going 50mph faster with another 13 cars on grid.
Slap fight? Sure bud...
He needs to race some form of Indy if he wants to be the undisputed best. Indy has plenty of street circuits
This is what bad parenting does to the young mind, thanks Jos for creating a literal monster.
What?
Tell me what exactly is wrong you PC hero
Bad parenting is the reason he won’t race the 500??
Why the F would he want to lower himself to that level?🤔
There is nothing in motorsports that tops the Indianapolis 500
@@jessallen7756 Yes, but only if you're an American.
@@CroftVan yea that’s why world wide the 500 is on the list for triple crown of racing lmao..
@@chrislawson9476 Agreed, that it is the most coveted triple crown and all. However, rhe charm has been lost over the years. As an American you may not get it. Formula 1 was & is a prestigious worldwide championship, any racing driver will say that winning the F1 driver's championship is what they aspire to. So in conclusion yes the Indy 500 is a prestigious race and winning it means a lot to racing drivers. However, if you present a choice, win Indy 500 or win an F1 driver's championship, chances are nine out of ten times the F1 driver's championship will be chosen.
@@CroftVan an indy 500 win is one race, a champion ship is many races, its not a fair comparison, im british and indycar is not for me, ill watch the highlights for some overtakes every now and then but i ALWAYS watch the indy 500. you are simply deluded if you think it isnt one of the most prestigious races, and out of the triple crown, monaco is the most pathetic. lets make this comparison, would a driver rather win monaco or the indy500? you know the answer already
Silly American sports
