When he raced the indy500 in 2017 he had a chance to win (or top 3) so that's why when his engine broke down i almost broke the windows from how loud i screames "NOOOOOOOO"
There should be a caveat. The fact that "I can't wait 'til tomorrow" won't mean a thing one year from today. Well, thats just bizarre. I CAN'T WAIT FOR TOMORROW!! =) Great vid, thanks.
I don't think it's really Nando hating on Honda. It's more the other way around. But yeah I can't imagine they'll ever be on the best of terms 😂 thanks for tuning in!
@@triplecrownracing It also doesn't help that Alonso brought so much success for Honda's biggest rival, Toyota. Toyota practically made Alonso the face of their endurance team.
You make it sound like Mclaren and Alonso had a falling out when that wasn't the case. His contract ran out with Mclaren and didn't renew. Looking at it now, he may have cut ties with Mclaren because his talks with Renault started as early as Abu Dhabi 2019. Alonso was and is still in good terms with Mclaren. Secondly, I don't fault Alonso for wanting to go with another option after McLaren's disastrous 2019 Indy 500 try. Mclaren are still open to working with him. Even Zak has said that he's still open to another Alonso/Mclaren drive outside F1 if Alonso's Renault contract permitted it. Although Alonso has now squashed that and has said that he won't be doing another Indy 500 race for at least 2 years. Also, Honda are a bunch of cry babies and I'm glad Alonso's time with Toyota was a successful one. After Toyota's 2016 heartbreak of their car stoping in the last lap at LeMans, they deserved all the success.
I'm not saying McLaren and Alonso fell out per say. But I'm guessing the reason he decided not to renew his contract was because of McLarens underwhelming performances.
The Honda F1 motor had the same power as a Gp2 engine , when it did not hand grenade . Plus Ferrari was/is a management 💩 show. But still like the vid 👍
You could say that. But Alonso was pretty terrible for their brand image. I just don't think they wanted another spell of GP2 engine memes. Thanks for tuning in!
@@triplecrownracing true. One Japanese manufacturers loss was another's gain. I think Alonso nailed it with Toyota. Seeing he's off to Renault next year, Nissan may get a chance at him promoting their products.
Pretty damned comprehensive for a 20 minute video if I say myself, and I say so. I just want a safe fast close 500 for everybody Oh, and I guarantee a Mercedes will not win !!

Irritating to see how 4 people can even dislike this. Great stuff. You’re def onto something here
@CrankeeYankeeF1 thank you! That means a lot especially coming from you. Thanks for tuning in!
I really hope he comes back to Indy one day. It's about time another person besides Graham Hill got the Triple Crown!
Yeah he's got that thirst, to win the triple crown! His engines may burst, but you can't keep him down! This is... (Drumroll please) NANDO WATCH!
Good times. Thanks for tuning in!
Wow. This is an actually really good vid
Thank you I'm glad you enjoyed! Thanks for tuning in!

Fantastic video - really well presented!
Glad you enjoyed! Thanks for tuning in!
He would have won the 2017 Indy 500 if his engine didn’t die
Fernando will hate Honda engine forever😂

@Firstname Lastname Temporarily anyway. But yes you're right. The 2018/19 WEC couldn't have gone better for Toyota. Thanks for tuning in!
@@triplecrownracing Even if Alonso didn't do the "GP2" comments, we all knew Honda was shite in F1.
I think McLaren were honestly more to blame than Honda.
top 5 f1 drivers who have sworn
That would be all of them
Good vedio bro
Thank you! And thanks for tuning in!

Alonso said he wont do indy 500 in 2021
Yeah. Unfortunately that news broke once the video was all said and done so I couldn't add it in. Thanks for tuning in though!

"Alfonso crawling back"....?? Hahaha 😂😂 You really don't know the man.
What a click bait.

Hey Rossi did it first try, no problem!😉
