9:50 so true, my older brother played soccer his whole teen years and in college, got obsessed with bodybuilding and now wants to look like Sam Sulekh. He is actively ruining his athletic build and I genuinely feel bad for him. All because he wants to fit in with his new friend group.
Hi, I am 29 years old, 510, 175 to 180 pounds. I’ve been training for about a year and two months pretty consistently only missing a week here or there for an injury. My goal is to go hard for two years I go around 3 to 5 times a week. Changing my schedule every few months Listening to this I feel like I’m in a great spot. I will focus on neck, shoulders, and forearms. I am married and have a two year old son, knocked up my girlfriend a few years ago I want to get bigger and stronger to be a better dad. I fucking love my life. How about you guys?
Be careful with using weight classes for things like UFC, wrestling, etc. when giving examples of a good body at a given weight. Those guys cut water to make weight and are often significantly heavier than their specified weight class. It's not unusual to have a "170 lb" fighter actually weigh 185+ at the time of his fight.
Yeah that's a really good point, there's guys like Mighty Mouse who are genuinely their weight classes weight and are great examples but there are for sure so many guys who can make it confusing on what 70kg, 77kg, etc looks like.
I'm 77kg and my Bodyfat is 16% and I'm starting to look great. I have been training for years and years and years. Since last 2 years my diet has been on point. Currently I'm cutting.
I have seen guys who weigh less than 140lbs and look bigger and more impressive than people who 30-40lbs heavier. Following scale weight is only good to see what direction it's going but the numbers themselves mean nothing. Nobody has a clue what you weigh, they only know if you are lean or fat. Legs should be trained but they aren't going to matter if you look good from the waist up. The only time I got complimented by women for looking in good shape was when I was 160lbs (5ft 10) and I didn't have visible abs, probably 17% bodyfat. Women really don't expect much from your physique, always better to be leaner, no reason to get fat unless you want to ego lift in the gym
So what should you do if you naturally have a small frame? I currently still have a shoulder to waist ratio of 1.45 after going to the gym for over a year, I would need massive body-builder like shoulders to get even near 1.6x For me, a guy who was 5'10 and 130lbs before starting to work out, I do need to get to bodybuilder size to actually start to show size through my clothes.
If it's purely a skeletal structure thing I wouldn't be too worried, do your best to look good of course but your clavicles and waist can affect how you look.
As a woman, I approve of this message.

Point out to him that muscles are the gay male gaze, every time he gets a compliment from another man. That's one he SHOULD get from a woman.

@@julio4771 round hips, long legs are usually popular with men
@@julio4771I do, I care about a decent butt. Legs are my main squeeze though.

Took 2 years training heavy to reach 70 kg 12% 170 cm
Brad Pitt body is so easy to achieve if you eat good and workout a few times a week
You forgot to mention baggy t-shirts, they make you look like you have more frame
I like the male physique body, I like men who are into themselves without being cocky. But i care more about the face.
Tall + good frame = good skeleton/bones (genetics/nutrition). No gymslaving maxing required.
Well said
Thimotee Chalamet has entered the chat
This is an alternate 1stman if he was nice.
Brad Pitt as Achilles in Troy is a good look too
he looks better in Troy, as a woman
great vid
You don't just train legs for the muscles, you train them for test increase and you want to be fit overal right?

I had that Fight Club body at 36yrs old...5'11" 170 lbs...
Link the mentioned studies in the description please.
They should be in the description now 👌
I don’t lift to get huge for women. I do it for myself.
Nothing wrong with that, but if someone just wishes to be more attractive understanding the female gaze is essential
Sure, you damage your body for yourself. Like women wear makeup, for ourselves. Sure.
Just look lil Ian bro. Ok
7:58 I thought that was andrew tate till you mentioned the name lmao
