    My internal clock is almost always 2-4 hours behind my external clock. Why is that? #nightowl

    I don't believe in jetlag, I've been on 11 hour flights, I've also been on multiple flights in one day. I also don't know anybody that's experienced it personally or even heard of anyone in real life saying they did.

    is it because humans weren't made to fly that is why there is jet lag problem? can the solution be found in migrating birds?
