Gosh, the Portal series is just so absolutely amazing in every way. Story, puzzles, replayability, comedy. I think that this is the closest that we can get to the perfect videogame.
Does anyone else want a prequel game/book about Aperture before GlaDOS took over? I'm thinking a tragic story of Aperture going from a fully functioning company competing with Black Mesa, Cave Johnson ordering Moon rocks and dying, and Caroline being forced into GlaDOS, and us hearing about all the different incidents that we got teased in the 2 Portal games, but see them happen? Ending after GlaDOS takes over the facility and kills everyone. Honestly I want it so much I'm considering just writing a book about it, although it probably wouldn't be any good.

Portal 3: A message is sent directly to Chell while she's having tea with Gordon Freeman. It is carried by a core on wheels. The message reads: It was fun, but I need you to come back... Chell follows the wheeled core to a boat. She soon arrives at Aperture where GLaDOS explains that some defective cores were starting an uprising and corrupting the facility. What happens throughout the puzzles is that every once in a while the corrupted cores will move them to their side of the facility to kill Chell. A bossfight with a large crazy core hiding will end the game with GLaDOS thanking you. She then continues to put you in cryostasis. Where she leaves you for the next event AKA HL3.
*SPOILERS IF YOU HAVEN'T PLAY PORTAL 2 OR HL2 To EPISODE 2* Gordon is presumed to head directly to Borealis from White Forest, not leaving time for a tea break. It's more likely Chell comes across combine who try to steal the portal gun for study or just plain kill her. Gordon possibly gets sent to retrieve the portal gun because it is a valuable asset. Chell refuses to hand over the portal gun, and HL3 will be a puzzle-solving two-player, with one person portalling around as Chell, and the second shooting combine as gordon. infinite combine loops may be fun to do.
Here is why GLaDOS is my fav: me and her are both trapped.... not able to leave, we are forced into things we don’t like.... or never wanted. We both share the same amount of hatred to our enemies, we are so relatable! It kinda scares me.... I can have her exact attitude if I’m annoyed, we both are very passive aggressive. Again, I think it’s scary how we relate so much. I think I found my first kin. (When you relate to a character)
This song is so sad but beautiful, almost makes me tear up. Poor Caroline. Her soul trapped in that computer forever alone in that dark place. A fate she never wanted and begged to not be forced into.
