Hi Benita! You’ve worked your magic once again 💫...I swear I have a twin in Stockholm ☺️ Your tips for aesthetics and organising I also do . The whole neutral and white thing ( if I’m choosing absolutely anything my girls will laugh and say well we know what colour it’s going to be ... WHITE 😂) Happy Days ! Love as always from the uk 🇬🇧 💐
The slim trash can hack is a wonderful idea... more-so because it has a nice looking lid that hides the contents! All your little additions add up to significant, functional storage space for all those everyday items you need access to. Thank you for another great video!
I will be honest, I was worried about the bathroom in the first house tour. But I also knew that once it received the Benita touch, the tiny bathroom would grow on me... and it did. It feels so much brighter too.
Your video popping up made my day, so thank you, Benita. I adopted your idea of removing labels and just enjoying the plain aesthetic look, but I write on the bottom side what the products are, just in case I spray deodorant on my hair or vise versa 😂. Thanks again for your practical tips, see you in the next one.
@@Deb.-. Yes exactly Deb, while taking the labels off is a great idea when you're looking for simplicity but forgetting to take note of the item can be a mistake, think of the mistakes that could be made, eek!😂
Hi Benita, thank you for another great video. Nice to see Bonus enjoying your stretching exercises. A new kitten has just joined our family, a kind of a birthday present for my son, after many years of not owning a pet. He’s already bringing so much joy and chaos! Lol.❤️🌹
Thank you for this! It couldn't be more timely as we just downsized to a small townhouse with a tiny bathroom. It's hard to get used to, and I definitely need all the tips! 😃
Fab video. Thank you for making it. The best thing I love about small spaces and minimalism is how easy cleaning is! Whenever I see home tours with lots of things all over the place the first thing I think of is what a fuss it would be to clean.
Benita, I so enjoy your lifestyle videos and although I do most of the same things, you frequently suggest a refined version that I admire. Thank you for your inspiration.
Great tips and such a calm and nice way of spending your morning ❤ Pro tip if you want to keep your linen shower curtain but stop it from getting wet: just hang a regular “plastic” type of shower curtain (white or clear perhaps?) on the same hooks but from “inside” of the shower. You will have “two” curtains- one wet from the inside and one nice and linen from the outside hanging on the same hooks! I did it in my previous apartment and worked great! You couldn’t see that there were two when you were looking from outside of the shower :)
@@BenitaLarsson I came here to say the same thing, basic to do the double layer shower curtain with clear plastic liner to protect the linen, decorative curtain so it lasts longer, more environmentally friendly if you won't have to replace it sooner
Just love the look of your home! I keep certain areas of my home minimal, and in some areas less minimal. I just discovered something about decluttering videos. The ones who tend to try and teach you how to be a minimalist isn't really going to work if you are not that type of person. Me, I'm a mix of both as I said but people should never feel bad about not changing. Personally I would love to see a channel where people go into homes twice a year to help clean up and organize. Especially those people that aren't particularly minimal. Sometimes we need inspiration from people like you but if things get out of control it's OK too. Maybe I should do a channel like that? Anyway, your place is amazing and I think it suits you. You continue to give me great ideas that I always love to try. Ikea is still a necessary evil for me but I do like going back and seeing who is still working there. (Not me!) Marie 🥰
Maybe you could put a clear or white plastic shower curtain inside of the linen one, that way it protects it from getting wet. I did this when I chose a cream waffle cotton shower curtain and it lasted years without wear. Love all of your content, thank you 🙏
Why don't you use a very thin plastic shower curtain as a lining? I used to get mine from Ikea, very cheap. It will act as a liner and prevent your lovely linen curtain to be damaged by the water.
Another great video Benita. I always get so inspired by your videos and what to start rearrange my apartment at once 😄 A tip for the shower curtain is to add a cheap see thru one on the back, for extra protection. Thats what I do as I have a fabric shower curtain as well. That way the linnen doesnt get wet. I get the cheapest one form IKEA. Works perfectly, and you can't see it unless you're in the shower. I see you have the same "hangers" as me and there is more then enough space to fit two shower curtains there.
Yeah, several have said that and I’ve used that method in the past when I’ve had tubs. Tried to avoid it here but might end up going down that route after all.
I have been removing labels for years- it only becomes controversial, if you don't live alone, hahaha! I sometimes have to than add new ones, but very minimal and neutral ones. I'm glad I'm not alone. Clinique, go sponsor Benita!

I love your videos! I am always excited for the next one! Love your minimalistic esthetic style! A tip for the showercurtain: I am from the Netherlands but live in Oregon temporarily. Here in the US, I found that they double their showercurtain. So one for the looks (linnen in your case!) and one on the shower-side that's plastic. It keeps your linnen one dry and it still looks beautiful from the outside. I am not a fan of extra stuff and I think you aren't either, but since you have the linnen one already and were thinking of replacing it, this might be a solution? 😊 Have a wonderful day and I hope you keep making more of your beautiful, useful and inspiring videos! 😃 Kim

Full of great tips. I'm going to get one of those magnetic soap holders - no more slimy soap dishes or sink tops! I'm moving home soon so am keeping this helpful video to get me set up. Now I'm 63 and on 'me' time so once I 've sold my house... Clinique counter here I come! Thanks Benita!
I would keep the linen shower curtain and just add a clear one behind it on the same hooks. The plastic one can be thrown into the wash (on gentle) when it gets dirty. The linen will stay clean.
OMG people read the comments, she knows about plastic liners, SHE DOESN’T WANT ONE! Benita you are so nice to respond back to all the plastic liner comments 🙌

Keep the shower curtain just add a plastic liner.. they have ones that are mold resistant. at least that's what we do here in the states. I love that magnetic soap holder! Thanks for the great ideas!
I was hoping to avoid the double layers!
Full of great tips. I'm going to get one of those magnetic soap holders - no more slimy soap dishes or sink tops! I'm moving home soon so am keeping this helpful video to get me set up. Also, seeing the Clinique reminded me that the best my skin has ever been was after a dermatologist friend recommended it. I was a nurse then and couldn't afford to keep it up. Now I'm 63 and on 'me' time so once I 've sold my house... Clinique counter here I come! Thanks Benita!
I also recently rediscovered Clinique and a very happy user!
Love Clinique products
I was pleased to see the magnetic soap again! I remember reading in your blog that you used to have one in your old house
I love that thing!
I’m not a minimalist by any mean but I somehow found so much joy and fresh ideas in your videos! Thank you!
I'm so glad, thank you!
Loved it!!!!!!!❤ thanks Benita.
Glad you liked it!!
You can make any space to look smart and feels like home 😍..I might start removing product labels 🙊
Thank you so much!😊
I would keep the linen shower curtain and just add a clear one behind it on the same hooks. The plastic one can be thrown into the wash (on gentle) when it gets dirty. The linen will stay clean.
I’ve done that before but wanted to avoid two layers, hence the coated fabric 😅

Great video. Love the idea of the mirror in the cabinet!! It’s now a game changer for me. 😊
