1 - He has a black belt in taekwondo, which paired with his crazy flexibility and height helps with his unorthodox playstyle and finishing ability
2 - Speaking that many languages is not uncommon for guys that played in many different countries
3 - Many people dislike him for the way he carries himself. He's extremely arrogant and full of himself, but that's just a character. He once talked about it being kinda like a defense mechanism cause he was a poor scrawny kid growing up and was bullied a lot, so he created that overconfident persona to help keep himself at the top of his mental game and to deal with the media.
On that note, highlights are cool (and perhaps what brings more views on youtube), but if you want to either check out on your own or if you could get their permission to post a reaction to their video, there are people out there that tell the player's stories before and during their careers giving a better insight overall as to who they are and their journey through the clubs they played for and titles they've won. (I like "Daily dose of Football" and "Football Iconic")
Also, to rewind the video you can use the " ← " on your keyboard to rewind 5 seconds or " < " to go back frame by frame with the video paused

      To add to 4.
Many top players basically say they have to say they're the best because believing otherwise would hurt their game.
"Fake it till you make it" basically.
So we often have a situation where several people claim to be the best. Many of them will know this to be a lie, but that's not the point. The point is to hype yourself up as much as you can and believe you can do anything. Failing to act because you might fail or think you might not be good enough is not an option.
Belief in yourself is incredibly important when the tension it at it's highest.

And no. That size is not usual. Usually the goalie is the only player close to that height. You know in this sport the average size is smaller. So it makes him even bigger. I think haaland is 1 inch shorter than ibra. Haaland scores very acrobatic goals similar to ibra. But what makes ibra special is his completeness as a player and unique ability. And leadership.

Zlatan (pronounced more like Z-la-tun) translates to gold or golden in the south slav language. His Nationality is Swedish but he is ethnically half Croatian (mother) and half Bosnian (Father). He also is very athletic including a Black Belt in Taekwondo. He's also a pretty funny and witty guy but of course 'scary' if you're playing against him.

    Hi Ray! 🫶
First time here and I think that I'm falling in love with you ❤️
I love to see people reacting to Zlatan! ( HE IS MY IDOL ) ❤️
And you girl, you've had the best reaction ever! 🫶 You are sooo beautiful, I love your voice, I love the fact that you do a little bit of research and etc. And I'm shocked that you are under 2K subs... But!... I think that from now on, you will grow sooo fast and you will see it after some time that I've had it right! 🤗❤️ Now, let's talk a little bit about Zlatan. He had a hard childhood, in Sweden, life was very tough for him. During his journey, he needed to be " Confident " as he said! He was a truly young talent and he did show his talent everywhere he was! He played for the biggest teams in Europe and he did it with the best players also! That kick that you saw in the video, is his signature kick and it's called " Scorpion Kick " Zlatan is one man show type of guy. When he was young, he wached R9 alot and he tried to copy his style. That's why he has the most beautiful goals ever. And no one will top that. Beside the fact that he is " Arrogant " on the Tv, he is such a nice guy outside the pitch. I've read all his books and I know what I'm saying. He is a role model and when he has made his retirement, I was in tears! But hey, this is the best message ever. Let's be happy for what he has done and for him because now, he has time to rest. But, I think that we will see him back as a coach at AC MILAN ❤ And I've heard that you were talking about Haaland, yes, he is a big kid and like Zlatan, they both have a good physique, that's why they can play as a Striker. And also, Haaland said that Zlatan is his Idol and Zlatan said that he likes him because he is like a mini-Zlatan 😂❤ Thank you for making me sit here and enjoy the best 20 minutes of my life. I adore you and I wish you all the best and I hope that you will reach soon 10K and after that 100k and we will celebrate your next goal at 1Mil. 😋🥳🔥

Tbh big strikers/forwards r traditionally quite common usually centre back defenders, strikers, and Goalkeepers r the tallest players on the field. Traditionally many "big" forward are used for shielding big defenders and for headers and such alot of times they just hold up defenders and pass the ball back to wingers but I think Zlatan is very different since he can play a traditional centre forward role but he also uses his great footwork, long shot or acrobatic volleys which is not common for someone to do who is over 6'4

    Comparison between Halland and Zlatan?
H is a fullbred striker. Probably the most prolific goalscorer I've seen in a looong time. Extreme speed and finishing technique.
Sadly he is very vulnerable, since to deliver, he needs a strong midfield. Just look at the state of his team, where players as KDB who is one of the most creative midfielders in the world is injured, or Rodri, who got suspension.
In last game, it got really easy for the Arsenal defence to take him out.
Zlatan is more of a striker who can do things of his own. Yes he is quite big, but him doing some dance, martial arts, yoga... made him very nimble. As a Norwegian I would like to see Erling be a bit more "self-sufficient".

When it comes to Zlatan every superlative has already been used countless of times to try describing his not of this world goals! He's different how many players have a black belt in Taelkwondo while playing at the highest level?! My guess is none but Zlatan that's why he was so smooth despite beeing big physically. Normal doesn't exist in Zlatan's world it's just Zlatan things 😂

There are no preference or criteria of a specific body type to be a forward in Football. Everybody type has own advantages. Someone like Ibrahimovic, Haaland, Lukaku, Diego Costa, Drogba has physical advantage while little guys like Messi, Hazard, Maradona has agility and quickness. There are also some very tall but lanky forwards like Peter Crouch who had reach advantage and often scored a header.

    • @kickinitwithray

  • @itotallycare
    @itotallycare 8 месяцев назад

Football has evolved in many ways throughout it's history. Back in the day strikers were pretty much exclusively what's called a "target man" which is someone the rest of the team would kick a lofted longball up to, so it was preferred to have a tall and strong striker so he can win the lofted ball and protect it by keeping opponent players away. The Target man would control the ball high up the pitch giving the rest of the team time to form around him and initiate an attack. Other than that the striker would hang in the opponent box and try to score in any way as soon as he got the ball.
Today the striker is expected to be a lot more involved in play outside of the box so it's the reverse today, most teams have a smaller and more agile striker or in some cases he is tall and strong with a high technical ability like Zlatan and Benzema.
Haaland is an anomaly I would say. He is tall and strong but very fast. He isn't involved much in play but he doesn't have to be when he has teammates of exceptional technical ability. So his job is to make runs that his teammates can play the ball into and because he is so fast and strong he is an absolute nightmare to deal with for defenders which is why he is scoring for fun.

The spurt in views/subscriber in such a short times, I'd say, is because of Ronaldinho, the guy's mad popular among pop culture, more modern plus his playful "swagger" style of play easily attracting new ppl and viewers into watching (him and reactor/reactions). One other thing is because he's Brazilian. So in case you want more of 16:16 16:40. Please Do add and React to *Roberto Carlos* 🙏

I mean, you picked them out lottery-style 😂 and your first one is the OG Ronaldo? Damn. Then you're off to a great start. Ronaldo, despite already retired, is THE MAN, who change the game and influences generations of Strikers, and he's still relevant enough in today's football world. It's only 20 years back, so you wouldn't go wrong going back and forward in time to Brazilian players with 2002 team as your anchor point.
