I am an truck driver with a division of the Eaton Corporation. I've been driving truck for 20 years (18 years with UPS and 2 years with Eaton). My first truck was a 1977 Mack Cabover with no power steering and a 5 speed wet clutch. After years of driving the improvements made to the trucks are beneficial to my body. Lighter, air assisted clutch to power steering, etc. I have only driven an automated transmission once (2015 Mack Pinnicle) and had a good experience. Haven't tried the new trucks but I'm interested to try them. Thank you to all the manufacturers that use Eaton products. They are keeping me rolling and supporting my family. Thank to the manufacturers and the drivers who use them.
I have no probelm with the manual Eaton trans just the auto air shift junk. I have the enduant in this video and it is garbage. Constantly stalls out of gear in the middle of interaections and cant make up its mind on the highway when slowing down or speeding up. Also the trans also often times will say low air and will not shift. When reversing if you do not stomp the brake pedal will not shift so yoy have to sit there awkwardly blocking traffic. Simple solution is a manual which does not bother me one bit.
So the money these companies are saving goes into the drivers pocket right? Just curious where the money goes. Especially when there’s so many smaller companies running Peterbilt and Kenworth’s and brand new gliders that cost substantially more than a ProStar while making more money than most big company drivers. So either the small company owners are living off peanuts keeping the drivers happy or the big companies are hiding the money.
Big companies are slave drivers small companies have to accommodate all ends which usually ends up prospering for the driver. Because without a driver they loose contracts. Bigger company don't worry about contracts as much.

were the volvos andrea?? get it done!! ;D
ben ben we did a Volvo truck tour on Facebook last year but we can definitely do one on here too if you want! I’ll work on finding 1 of the 25 in our trial to give me a tour.
I’d like to see a Volvo
How do you idle this tractor without the engine cutting out please let me know.
That's why I'm here too. Lol.
Don't know if it still works but the idle limiter only engages when the tractor parking brake is set, just set your trailer brakes when you are parked for the night and it shouldn't be a problem. If they found a way around the driver doing that, pay someone with the software to go in to the ECM and shut that option off. Some systems may be password protected and a lot of companies use the last 4-6 vin code as the password
In a cascadia you hit the cruise button and hit the accelerate button
Comrade Dyatlov yeah, but some drivers don’t like to idle up because it isn’t as quite. Better on the engine however for long sits.
Terry McKnight mine is a company truck and shuts off after 5 min of idling unless you hit high idle
Great video
It's because of Andrea Buehler I watched this video all the way through, a beautiful lady
I have noticed a lot of truck companies are going automatic, and the transmission are easier to fix.
No, they are all switching to autos because the truck driving schools all have autos. No one has sticks anymore unless you order a truck with one. Which is another $10k for the stick addon!
Has the a26 engines given you any problems
What does the 2023 cost ?
Can someone tell me how to use the accent switch in the bunk?. 2 with the cabinet and fridge. I have a 34 inch TV. Fits great. 3. The cb fuse always blows. . .my second lt. I always use a homemade cord for it.
Did you manage to fit that 32 inc tv?
Thank god they took the air horn off the steering wheel. You couldn’t convey emotion when it was operated it through an electric solenoid.
Also had the worst sounding air horn ever. Embarrassed to use it. lol
He’s telling the truth about those mirrors out on the hood being more solid. I walked into one with my right eyeball. I thought for a split second there that Mike Tyson had walked around the front of my truck and punched me in the eye. 😵
Man that's a Beautiful Truck
Are there no APU's on these new trucks.
William Hrynkiw it’s optional, but with Prime, you have to pay extra for it.
No Kenworth trucks at Prime?
Wayne Norbrey, Jr not currently. We have had them for many years in the past.
We carry International, Freightliner, and Peterbilt models currently.
Gotcha, thanks for taking the time to reply.
Where is the inverter turn on/off ...readout for volts /amps
They need to add a fold away ladder for the top bed because of safety issues. Peace
How do I set optimize idle. This 2020 international doesn’t have a switch to set it
Feel free to reach out to International directly regarding this issue.
What’s the size of the fuel tanks?
great looking truck but the dash controls were missed.
Thanks for watching our video!
Nice international truck in universe
Hi Rommel! Thank you for watching.
Hay is there any way to people from other countries to join Prime internship or a driving school? Please guide.
Unfortunately, you must live in the United States within our hiring area, and you must hold a valid US driver’s license for at least one year to be eligible for Prime.
What a smile
How many cents a mile?
With an international your answer will be zero cents per mile
How many different features are there.
No arm rests on the passenger's seat??
Prime screws
Everyone over!
They are probably buying these cheap Internationals and freightliners for there famous lease programs they have you pay Prime to drive there trucks you pay many times over what the truck costs before your done it use to be in my time if you owned a truck the broker would pay you to lease it to them and drive it times have really changed
Is the safety straps available in the top bunk?
We need more 110 plugs in all trucks because TVs and microwaves come with 110s
Thanks for the feedback!
