So happy I found your content I am not feeling so alone I feel I lost my identity,and its killing me inside daily..trying to reduce stress,and try to not badmouth myself mentally always been to harsh on myself,and this is only making it worse:'( meet a real nice guy I wanted to be something for,and take care of..now I feel I don't deserve him at all..
