You are doing great work. I just lost a patch due to alopecia aerata few weeks before. It is depressing. I found your channel and it is really helping me staying positive inside and patient as well. A long journey full of positivity, patience, consistency, confidence is ahead me. Massaging the scalp is great for blood circulation which helps deliver more nutrients to your follicles. You can use your fingers or a scalp brush works great as well.
