Loved this style class, props always make a longer class more fun. Also the foam rolling at the end was 👌🏽 I could go for a post workout full body guided foam roll, that would be on repeat for me. Thanks as always for the stellar variety of classes!
This was an amazing class Kaylie. I have missed pilates so very much. I’m having some autoimmune issues that make me extremely dizzy when I try to lift but no dizziness with this class. This is the best I’ve felt in days. Thank you so much!
