    I've been practising yoga for awhile and found that it was no longer a "workout" for me. So glad I discovered this style.of hybrid workout. Whole the calorie burn is still not as high as other workouts it's higher than the traditional yoga workout with way more "cardio" burn than your standard. My butt cheeks are definitely sore. Can't wait to do more!

    Oh my gosh this is my favorite class if yours I like to add ankle weights to help with getting my knee stronger.

    Wow! I just tried this after discovering you through the algorithm suggestions. My fitness has greatly improved over the past year thanks to Move with Nicole and Yoga with Tim, but this is another level.     Dang that was sooo challenging! Would love to see a little more vinyasa flow in between the weights parts but that's probably because my muscles just need a break haha. Really enjoyed this and am hoping to improve my yoga practice and tone up using your flows! Thanks girl!!!!

    This was great! I loved the block lunge combos and the half moon work. That was a great thigh burn! I could use more hip strengthening and opening, so anything you could add for your next class would be loved. Thank you for sharing!

    Great workout…when doing commando should hips be up or parallel to floor.

      I’d say an in between since were lifting & lowering the arms. Most important that the core stays engaged to support the back!

    Awesome cardio workout!! - except for the PUSHUPS - it is frightening to watch you struggle. Best to drop knees if form is compromised.

      When I first started my channel I would pay to rent a space to film for a few days a month to make the best free content possible, meaning I’d workout for 4-6 hours straight. Sometimes my form wasn’t perfect, but I am a fitness professional so trust that I know how to take care of myself 🥰

      I agreed. I enjoy Kalir's classes but she emphasizes too much on arms and shoulders. If you have injury on shoulders like me you might need to be careful and skip some part of it.
