I felt you were talking to me about me, I have social anxiety since childhood, I studied in a private school during my primary school, teachers there already treated me as if I am inferior and also looked at with digust for not any particular reason, I even remember teacher calling me "stupid boy" in front of whole classroom and all my classmates laughing, I also have my father who always scolded me near relatives and in public, I am 33 years old still don't like being in public or talking to people, the feeling of shame just there always, I aware that this past experience and other factors which is causing this kind of effect, I also believe all things happened for a reason, Its my karma that I had go through so I accept it and I try not to take myself seriously, Also apart from above, as you said some people just don't like fake conversation, me too I don't like talking to people in my work field, people are usually want to get some information from me or they lie things, conversation is kind of tricky, its like need to hide something or need to lie a bit, I don't like this, they talk very mechanically, people in my work field are pretending with each other with fake smiles and good talks but at the back they are talk bad about each other, sometimes I just want nobody notice me so I am just being in my space peacefully. By the way I like your clothing, I am telling truth, like your hair style :XD, it doesn't matter what you wear or look.
@@AnandDwivedi369 I am everyday trying to do mindfulness meditation, means I try to be mindful all the time of my thoughts, my own reaction towards things, I try be observer but sometimes I go with emotions when I am unaware, I been doing this for 2-4 years now and I sometimes can notice when my certain emotions are arising such as angry, sadness or uncomfortable, it all doesnt affect me as it use to be many years ago, I know all these emotions come and go.
