Those creep tumors have done more damage to his opponent in this game than I have ever done in all my ladder games combined.
I watched him hone this build on his stream. At first he tried using a couple evo chambers. He also tried using overlord creep to place the spine. It’s amazing to see it in its final form
This cast has what PiG's lacks for continued exposition to Florencio: When he started to cast the Florencio Files he did his best to get ahead of Flo's game and explain it, but by now he just kind of let Florencio do his thing and explains what happened after the strategy worked. If you watch this cast ir the first episodes of the Files you'd think these guys have no idea of what they are talking about. Such is the magic of the flotoss mind ganes.

I've watched flo's video explaining the build. The spore was intentional, there was also some instances that he killed an overlord with it.

I can at least confirm that everything here was planned out beforehand, he optimized this strat and explained the thoughtprocess in another game where he did this.
I think it's stronger when the opponent is on the bottom side because then the spore crawler protects from main and natural lings (here the lings from the natural got to the spines).

I saw him beat Neuro & Pig. I imagine he wouldn't do well in the tournament format, but on ladder he takes games off some low power pros.
He has played quite a few pros. Rest In Peace, iNcontroL, but yeah Flo totally nexus rushed him and iNcontroL literally would bring up Flo on broadcasts because it was that amazing.

You cant attach a tumor unless you have a Lair? Really?
You need a lair to make overseers, he could've killed it with corrosive bile if he guessed where the tumor was
