I can’t explain how grateful I am for youtubers like you and Grace who are real people and show that they’re real on camera. You snack on things that aren’t celery, you admit to how long you’ve spend on social media, you film yourself literally gagging over mouldy food. It’s refreshing and it’s relieving that I’m not the only person who does these things.

I'm lucky to have the big trash bin like 10 metres from my backdoor, so I can empty the food in there and then throw the package into the package bin. But other than that I would and have thrown the whole thing away.

I've never related more to an introduction. Lack of personal hygiene and all. It's nice to laugh with someone else about not being able to get out of bed. Depression sucks. Mild depression is confusing because I feel this overwhelming "laziness" but I don't really feel the same intense sadness that I felt when I was moderately/severely depressed in the past. Thank you for being so brutally honest!
This video was *actually* a reality check for me! I REALLY need to make a list for stuff I need to accomplish this week. Like I have due dates approaching in two days for something I had almost a whole MONTH to do- y’all I am NOT thriving. I’m gonna try this challenge and hopefully turn it into a habit 😭
