2 sticks of butter heat until brown put in a container and put it in the fried for 2 hours In a small bowl put: 2 1/3 cups of all purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt mix it up and put it to the side in a mixer put: 1 cup a and two tbsp of brown sugar 1/2 cup of normal sugar put the butter in from earlier 1 tbsp of vanilla extract and mix until light and fluffy put two room temper eggs in the mixer and mix again mix everything together by folding chop your milk chocolate bars and mix it in to your dough put it in your cookie for 8-10 minutes after done sprinkle some salt on each cookie and put them on a cooling rack and enjoy

As a baker, I have tried more than once to see if I could use salted butter by taking out less, but that ended up not having enough fat in it and the cookies came out drier. The only thing that it can mildly work in is a cream cheese frosting because you only need a couple chunks of butter for that, but I personally didn't like the weird flavor it gave. And the buttercream was AWFUL. So while unsalted butter isn't that great when used as regular butter, you do need it for baking, it's essential.

I was watching this (in Texas too) as I was also baking cookies. If you want another chocolate hack (Costco & HEB) make these delicious small super melty truffles. Take 2 or 3 and toss them in with your butter. Makes the smoothest chocolate dough! Then like you I bake about half thru, pull them out and then insert small chocolate chips, toffee pieces work great here as well! If you feel fancy you can buy toasted coconut and that gives a great texture!
Horse riding lessons helps a lot with depression. Also doing nature/wildlife photography. Be outdoors a lot helps. Isolating yourself inside a house makes it much much worse. Love your videos ⚘️
On the Anxiety Depression question: if you are in a position where you are unable to force yourself to be around people, I have found journaling to be very helpful also. Otherwise, Kris’s suggestions are awesome!

Since you love baking i would highly suggest getting the cute aesthetic containers for your flour and sugars! It makes the world of difference when you go to get your ingredients measured. That way you're not fighting to fit the measuring cups in the flimsy bags. I got clear glass canisters with the bamboo lids on amazon and i love them for all my baking needs!

Hey so chef here and raw cookie dough isn't bad to eat because of the eggs, it's the untreated flour that will make you sick. You can put your flour on a cookie sheet and heat it up in the oven first. Then you can eat the dough safely!
I'd never heard of that before! Not that I would ever cast doubt on a random internet comment, but I looked it up, and multiple sources echoed that statement: raw flour can harbor bacteria! Though most of them said that raw eggs are also bad, so it's not that the raw eggs are okay and the flour isn't, it's both the eggs AND the flour that are potential sources for disease. Some eggs are pasteurized, which makes them potentially safer, but still best after being cooked.
I’m so tired of people saying it’s fine to eat raw egg. It’s not fine in the US unless you get your eggs from somewhere other than the grocery store. Salmonella is no joke.

You ladies are very much part of the reason i was able to make it through. To keep my sanity. Laughter can truly be the best medicine. You with all your characters, and Celina with her sleep walking. Hey so chef here and raw cookie dough isn't bad to eat because of the eggs, it's the untreated flour that will make you sick. You can put your flour on a cookie sheet and heat it up in the oven first. Then you can eat the dough safely!

Not that I would ever cast doubt on a random internet comment, but I looked it up, and multiple sources echoed that statement: raw flour can harbor bacteria!
Though most of them said that raw eggs are also bad, so it's not that the raw eggs are okay and the flour isn't, it's both the eggs AND the flour that are potential sources for disease. Some eggs are pasteurized, which makes them potentially safer, but still best after being cooked.
