Private jets? Probably not too many jets that can do that, but outside of private jets, the C17 for example lands on dirt runways quite regularly, but it's a very different jet to the PC-24

In very good weather, completely empty, you might be able to ferry it from SF to Hilo. But that is extremely risky and bordering the capabilities of the plane, with little to no reserve.
