Wow, what a creepy version of The Tramp! Thanks for posting it.
This was before he really became that character. This was 1914 and was probable the first time he had dressed like that. In another 1914 film he was in he didn't even have a mustache nor was he the tramp.

They all looked so messy. The cloths and hair all looked a mess, plus the ladies style was totally unflattering.
