After school and college I just didn’t care what people cared that’s what made me boost my confidence and joining a gym interacting with other people. Just don’t give a damn what people think of u it works you’ll just build up your confidence more and more. Things will come good but you have to overcome this you can do it guys.

Real story. I was in that same boat a couple of years ago. I’d go on RUclips as well. Searching for the answer. Came across RSD and their video’s. Had a look into others as well. My lesson was not to wait to talk to the tripple AAA. Begin talking to the B+ or less and work your way up. My second lesson was to feel comfortable with silence in a conversation. Especially with woman, because they will try to fill it in. My third and last lesson was that if I’m listening carefully, a woman always drops in a sentence where she want’s to talk about. With practice over the years, I’m now comfortable with silence and I’m talking to everyone I feel the need to talk to. Thanks for spreading the word 🙏🏼

Yesterday , i went to a party with my sister's friends and some of mine too. She told me there were 2 girls that were interested in me and one of my friend ( we both are good looking guys , with decent body) . I've been knowing this friend for 9 years , he' s always liked by people , because he's very confident and can talk to everybody . I'm shy but not a weirdo definitely. We were dancing and laughing but at some point my favourite song kicked in and i was about to go to the girl , i turn my head around and saw my friend behind the girl , hand in hand , dancing together ( we knew the girls were interested in us , but only of them was pretty) , she grabbed his hand and they went outside . No one knew about me kinda liking this girl (not that hard), but still wanted to try. When i saw my friend with her , i was fake smiling and kept dancing in front of all the other people ( my sister and my friends) . I lost an opportunity cause of my lack of courage , i should have gone before him , i waited too much. This morning i searched for videos to overcome shyness and approach anxiety, and found this one . When he started talking about the Channel of Owen Cook and RSD , i've seen me , i've seen what i did in my past 5 years . Watching RSD has truly changed my Life, i don't have Money to go to their seminars , but watching them before going to parties has helped me a lot. I started getting passionate about psychology and read books about dating to learn new stuff. I'm 23 passionate about videogames , but not a nerd and i know that's bad , but i just can't stop, i tryhard in every aspect of my passions , when i play football i don't play for fun but to do my best, when i go to the Gym i Always wanna know more , but with girls it's different. I know all the theory , but my shiness Always blocked me . This video Is the proof that i'm not alone , there's someone else that understands Tyler and RSD can be your life teacher , not just dating , but all social skills which is imo the most important thing in life. Who will i become? I don't know , but my dream is to be like Tyler , because you can face every situation in life and knowing how to approach it and react . I can help my friends with girls, recognizing all the mistakes (cause i know all the theory) , but find hard to go talk to girls. Who else is in this position , i think no one

I'm from India... I was into self development for long time but every content in you tube I saw was about some quick fixes by having some characterstic change or some trick to manipulate people😥. But your content is made personality change where persons mental self itself changes.. My personality changed by your videos... Kudos brother...🥰🥰🥰 Love from India.

When I was young, I've done something like the OP. I did the unthinkable. Not once. A couple of times. But it didn't turn out good. Went awful TBH. I don't know if it helped. Maybe, a little. My life didn't become great or super exciting. It just became normal. BTW, when I did it - there was no RUclips. Not as we know it. I just knew I'm screwed if I don't start to talk to people. I forced myself to do so, but IT WAS WAY EASIER. Not only I was younger, but mostly because the super toxic online culture didn't exist yet. There were no SIMPs. The girls treated guys like EQUAL human beings. They actually replied when messaged. Almost no hostility. Yep, it was like 20 years ago, but there were small local sites. You could meet people online, and continue offline. Now it's gone. There are places where you just can't meet people offline. And online culture just got insane.

I’m a shy person with social anxiety. I was naturally very introverted as a kid, I always avoided interactions.

I think my biggest issue with talking to new people is, what is the first thing i say to them? Seriously, if you walk up to someone on the street, how do you start talking to them? Do you just go "Hi you look cool bro lets talk" or something?

9:37 man I wish I could do that, I wish I could hold casual, random conversations, or even boring conversations, or conversations at all
I can only imagine things like this as if they were science fiction. I can't even talk when I'm near women that attract me, I've been there, a lot of times, and even if I could move and talk I'd still have nothing to say
man life sucks, I wish I wasn't even born

Ey dude! Don't be like that, come on! Just think about that you've got nothing to lose. There is always a topic. If you are worried about a certain topic, because it probably won't be good enough, then don't be. Just say what's on your mind, what are the things that interests you.
I was just like you some years ago, but since I started the process of not giving a shit, I'm doing better and better. Well, not quite at an ultimate charismatic level, but on my way :)
I hope I could help, in fact I hope I'm already late and you started making changes.
Fight your inner demons, YOU dictate the terms!

Thank you for the advise. I'm well on my way to completely shattering my shyness. I'm now getting phone numbers and having fun with girls...which is something that wasn't possible for me a few months ago. I'll definitely check out Owen Cook's channel. By the way, one thing that really helped me overcome my shyness was to convince myself that even if I screw up during a conversation with a pretty girl, I can quickly recover by resetting the conversation and making her forget about my blunder. I've come to find out that girls will forgive many mistakes when they're really into you.

I really wish I had this video 4 years ago because I was a shy mostly introverted person then. I ended up doing what you did, but it was more of a slow process. It started with getting called up in front of my class and had to go over some notes, scariest thing of my life, when I saw everyone I froze and forgot everything I was going to say for a solid 5 seconds until I just started speaking again and it got easier. As I put myself out of my comfort zone I became a lot more extroverted. Its tough but you can do it.
