One of my friends saw me playing overwatch and decided to pick up the game and play with me because "my aim and gameplay is bad" and "i could do better" so once he got the game we played together and he pretty much got rolled in every match we played together. He blamed me (at least he got that part of Overwatch down right?) and played alone for a week. This was months ago and hes still hardstuck bronze 5 while im on my way out of silver.
bad at videogames maybe XD outside of games irl hes pretty cool. he just swears hes better at games than me. (i taught him practically everything he knows about his favorite games)@@gungygsqua
Every new player really underestimates the entire team aspect of it. They just look at it as another CoD game where they can run in and frag out as long as they shoot first. Better tell that friend how to play with an actual team or he'll be stuck in bronze 5 till the day the servers are shut down.
As far as the Pharah not switching, your underestimate how low elo players refuse to switch characters under any circumstance. Just the fact that they didn't switch when they were getting shot down constantly with or without knowing if the Solider was cheating or not shows it
Yeah, it's weird that he says it's a low rank/mmr lobby, then says they must not know he's cheating. I have some low rank friends who legit might swap TO Pharah vs double hitscan just because they're trying to throw anything at the wall to see what sticks, and aren't giving the enemies a proper amount of respect. Low rank players are often familiar with counters (at least the most obvious ones), but act like they're the exception to getting countered I guess.
I find it weird everyone applies their ranked biased takes onto ppl that play quick play. It's not that deep for the majority of ppl that play overwatch. Normies don't care about their ranks or meta picks lmao
They probably play Soldier because he is just a stream of bullets. If you miss 5 shots as Soldier, you still have 30 others in the magazine. If you miss 5 shots as Widow, you are probably already dead.
Not just new players, but players like me who are generally mid-silver/gold, but doesn't have time to grind up through ranks during seasons. I'm stuck in Bronze, able to play one or two games a day maybe, dealing with hackers, smurfs and trolls.
I just picked up the game not too long ago. Its almost every single lobby lmao. Blizzard doesnt care, just like their other products. Should have known.
In her defense, if I was playing Ana and could tell a cheater was on my team I'd want to put them to sleep too just so the enemy could kill them freely. That's what I choose to believe she was doing and didn't just accidently waste it.
Pretty sure I played against this guy in QP. I called him out immediately and his teammates started trash talking me. I dont think they were grouped I think they were just asshats.
Overwatch being non-mechanical to some extent really shows itself in the fact that I’m a gold DPS. I can’t hit a damn thing but my understanding of how to apply pressure and punish certain things lets me pull my weight. Over time my aim has improved, but there are times where I’m amazed at the aim of an opponent and wonder how they’re gold.
On the first game, side chatter: It's weird when the games of Lucio/Mercy actually work really well. I love playing Lucio, generally play him in QP just so I can have fun, but sometimes it works out and you're just sitting there like, "Yeah, fuck the meta". Feels good moments
My friend invited me to play ow and as a cod player it looked really simple. That was a mistake on my part. I’ve learned how to play and adapt to this game almost outta silver tho
HOLY CRAP! I think that's me in the first game as Lucio! Either that or someone else has the name GhostDog as a Blizzardtag... god, I think I actually remember this game. Barely remember anything about it because I thought I was just bad and didn't notice.
I still can't understand how this is fun for anyone that does it. This guy is literally standing still and pressing left click. How is that fun?! You'd have more fun playing a simple mobile phone game like Flappy Bird.
Bruh if my team had a cheater I'd try so hard to troll them just so the other team wins. Had a soldier aimbotter on the enemy team the other day, me and my teammate were kinda suspecting of him during the entire match but once the POTG happened and we saw that he was actually aimbotting we all reported his ass. Hope that POS got banned.
Flats explains it here: These are people picking up the game, being extremely overconfident about their own skill and then realizing that they are losing, which should be normal for a new player who just picked up the game. But here is where it gets confusing to me. We've all been there. You don't start a new thing and are immediately awesome at it. Nothing in life works like that. You are bad at the start and that's why you keep doing the thing until you are better. Same with video games. You keep playing them to improve. There is no point in a video game, if you are already level 100 when you start it for the first time. The entire point is to "level up" aka. get better. The very first character I played in my first game of Overwatch was Widow... and I was absolute dogshit. But my very first thought wasn't "let's slap on some cheats to show these assholes". It was "let's keep playing, watching other Widow players play and *get better* ". And: I got better. I don't understand the mindset that as a new player you don't keep playing and improving but instead you just use cheats. Of course everyone else is better at the beginning, they've all been playing longer than you at that moment. Even if all you would need is better aim, why would you not keep practicing to GET BETTER AIM. Why is cheats the first conclusion for these type of players? Like why play the game then, there is no point. I used to think, they might just be lazy, they don't want to put in the work to get better, but they are putting in "the work" to get the game in the first place, start the game, play the first match of the game etc. Like... you already came this far, just keep playing and the skill will come automatically. Who are they doing it for? I myself think it's much cooler to see how far you've come through developing actual skill. Looking back at my first game, I laugh at myself. And when I see recent replays of my matches there are moments where I recognize that I've improved and I enjoy actually witnessing good plays by me. No one is impressed by cheats though and everyone can just use some aim bot, where does it get cool? I couldn't watch replays of that, tap myself on the shoulder and go "yeah I'm a good player" after using cheats. I am literally the one person knowing 100% that that isn't my actual skill and own achievemtn, but I used training wheels. The mind of these players seems to work different though.
I'm horrible at shooting games so I never want to play games like these cause I know ppl would call me out for being crappy T.T This is just hilarious to watch though even with no knowledge of the game or much of shooters its so easy to spot the mess ups.
huh, that Low ELO explanation could certainly explain what i am witnessing. like, there's lots of people here saying that they meet cheaters every second game, just loads of them, while i play 2 hours 6 days a week and have so far met literally a single cheater. and i always watch killcams and often go over my replays, so i would definitely have noticed any cheater. apparently there just arn't any on my ELO (somwhere on the gold-plat border)
Game sense beats aim in this game, multiple characters have beams or even auto lock aim it’s all about being a team player and keeping cooldowns in check. I’m diamond in dps and support just because I can hear footsteps and predict when abilities are going to pop due to the situation
my brother is a cod savage and thought he could be nasty at ow2 and i told him this ain’t cod, this is a team based game with much more happening and he can barely get out of silver lmao
Every time we watch a cheater video i can never help but imagine what a good (GM1 to T500) player would look like with dialed in cheats on an alt account. Even if they're so good it only lasts one game before ban it would at least be interesting in a way to see the true potential of these cheats these smooth brain idiots download.
I feel like this just really feeds into my theory that the outside observers just think of overwatch as another CoD game where the most important thing is just shooting first so they completely disregard the whole team aspect that the game is built around.
hes simple, he has an aimbot ult so they can claim it was just that when they get called out and he has self heal in case their team don't wanna heal them.
May be a same nickname coincidence. But this guy plays on brazilian server I have saw him a lot of times. May be he got on USA server when they add a patches to the game, cuz this server update delays a couple of hours before they go up again
I'm just not going to play with PCs anymore, should be harder to install aim bot and other cheat software on ps4 right? Kinda haven't played since I don't wanna deal with "active" sombras even tho invisibility is a passive now lmao
Normally watching cheaters can be interesting to watch when they just go insane with the hacks, but this dude was so bad at both cheating and gameplay that he managed to bore me on both fronts the entire video. Well done random OW2 hacker, you’ve reached the bottom of the barrel.
It's crazy I just looked up how much cheats cost, and how much it costs to buy a random account. Like, as long as blizzard doesn't block by IP then you can get a Diamond smurf account for $35 and cheats for a day starting at ~$8. So I see why some people do it maybe for shits and giggles, because I can see if I had that kind of mindset then I'd be half tempted just to try it for fun once and then never again.
i don't understand ppl who are like, "oh if only i had better aim then i'd be higher ranked" like babes that's 1/3rd of the game?? and you improve it the same way you improve all the other things required to be good at the game, by playing it??? it's like saying, "i'd be good at the game if i were good at the game."😅 (the other 2/3rds are positioning/target priority and memorizing voice lines/sound effects😂)
Ok this might sound like an idiot question but ill ask it anyway. How does blizzard (and anyone else) make sure its a cheater? In some cases its obvious ofc but do they have some specific tool to see if that person has some program for cheats or do they analyze it just by watching the game and deciding if its a cheater or not?
I dont know how blizzard handles this issue exactly, but if the anti-cheat software doesn't detect third party software, its usually an employee who will review collected meta data or the games footage, if someone gets reported.
Genuine question since im getting into Overwatch 2, whats wrong with Orisa? Had people talk shit in gamechat then Flats said "ewww Orisa" in this video
Shes kinda overpowered and boring to play against. She can cycle her abilities and p much never die so she needs to be tank countered. And its not great for a tank player having to go orisa themselves just to have the same chance of winning
It’s pretty sad that there’s so many cheaters in this game. Like I’m seriously concerned on what they get from cheating in a video game. What’s worse is that these cheaters are getting rolled EVEN THO THEY HAVE CHEATS lol
this dude probably came from Valorant into OW cuz this movement is 100% a valorant player that play the typical duelist of standing and just swinging a corner without going on site or helping the rest of the team
The most cheaters are in qp, as you need 50 qp games before you can play ranked. Also I see the occasional cheater in plat ranked, they are just not as bad as the qp and bronze cheaters and hide it a bit better
Lmao
honestly sounds like a bad friend
Congrats! What a trash friend though.
bad at videogames maybe XD outside of games irl hes pretty cool. he just swears hes better at games than me.
Fun fact- the shooting after being afk is most likely from them clicking back into the window when returning from a second monitor.
Also when someone melee a lot while standing still
Me clicking back into CS and giving my friend a lobotomy
As far as the Pharah not switching, your underestimate how low elo players refuse to switch characters under any circumstance. Just the fact that they didn't switch when they were getting shot down constantly with or without knowing if the Solider was cheating or not shows it
Tbf to the Phara, it was just Quick Play, they were probably just learning the hero or were just not taking it that seriously.
Lol me in masters and I sometimes (not all the time obviously) hard pick my favorite characters
Gazlighting Pharah, wonderfull.
And self heal and his shift, which compensate new player's bad positioning.
sometimes its six shots one kill 😔
You have aim bot though you shouldn’t be missing
@@wendigo374 I mean hypothetically
If cheaters are more common in lower ELO lobbies, imagine what that new player experience would be like. It'd suck really hard.
As a low player, did not found a cheater yet but found bought/smurf accounts
Yeah. Bronze 3 is kinda hell ATM but I'm also trying to focus on getting my game up rather than blame teammates
Should have known.
this is what happens when games go F2P. losing account just make a new one so most new accounts are cheat accounts
1:43 Hold on the phone, did his ana just shoot a sleep dart at him?
I think so😂
In her defense, if I was playing Ana and could tell a cheater was on my team I'd want to put them to sleep too just so the enemy could kill them freely. That's what I choose to believe she was doing and didn't just accidently waste it.
You got a really good point there
Hah, jokes on that Ana: cheater's brains are already asleep.
I was so surprised Flats didn't call that out it was so jarring lmao
Pretty sure I played against this guy in QP. I called him out immediately and his teammates started trash talking me. I dont think they were grouped I think they were just asshats.

That weird jumping at the beginning was him trying to B-hop! You can tell by the smooth turn of his cam.
I'm surprised I had to go so far down to find someone else mention it, the second it started I knew he was a cs player
I love you flats but I can't believe you missed the girl boss moment at 2:44 you normally catch those and applaud!
1:44 are we not gonna talk about the ana who tried to heal solider with a sleep dart?
Lol
My friend invited me to play ow and as a cod player it looked really simple. That was a mistake on my part. I’ve learned how to play and adapt to this game almost outta silver tho
0:20 SHOUT OUT TO THE EDITOR FOR PLAYING BOWSERS ROAD! It fits so well!!!
Edit: All Bowser themed music the whole video! Thats a nice little touch!
1:44 ana tried to put the soldier to sleep lol
It’s always the soldier..
bc for ashe they cant hit the dynamite
for cree you have the hinder
"HE FUCKING FLOATS" is the funniest thing I've heard flats say ever
1:30 flats you missed the fact that he didn’t know that baby dva jumps out of mech
When he got dva out of mech, and thought she died 😂. He just turned around 1:30
The Ana shot a sleep dart at the soldier at the 1:44 mark...her own teammate 🤣
HOLY CRAP! I think that's me in the first game as Lucio! Either that or someone else has the name GhostDog as a Blizzardtag... god, I think I actually remember this game. Barely remember anything about it because I thought I was just bad and didn't notice.

i always love the background music flats chooses for his videos. so fun and nostalgic
Yes, turn off your aimbot so they know you couldn't hit all of those shots without it. Makes it so much harder to catch you cheating
Forget the cheater, forget the gameplay, I’m here for that background N64 nostalgia ❤
I can't wait for you to get to m6 submission, I had a cheater in Mischief and Magic.
Just....wow.
Flats forgets that most casual players don't know counters, like they're happy to play Pharah even against good hitscans
Hope that POS got banned.
..If i'm not mistaken that soldier was trying to bunny hop in the beginning of the game 😂
Bro got that unlimited tactical visor
omg the Cassidy play, the auto recoil recovery was fighting his hacks hahah
7:10 the tracking on Pharah is crazy and I’m a console player
He legit had no idea baby Dva was a thing. 1:30, he destroys the mech and just starts shooting at other people.
That bowser theme at the beginning is my favorite track from SM64
Bro this has to be a child or something. No way a functioning human being can’t walk and shoot at the same time.
I love the Super Mario RPG music playing in the background.
Flats explains it here: These are people picking up the game, being extremely overconfident about their own skill and then realizing that they are losing, which should be normal for a new player who just picked up the game.

The selection of Mario Galaxy music always brings a smile to my face.
At the beginning of the first game, was the cheater trying to b-hop lol
When he looked away from the Dva not knowing about baby I fucking lost it

Cheating Soldier=Moira With Bullets 😂
Is no-one going to talk about the wrecking ball shooting at his own teammate @ 2:33? 😂
1:30 lmfao he doesn’t know baby dva comes out of the mech when it’s destroyed he just ignores her
Your editor always makes me happy with their choice of background music. A man (or woman (or anything)) of culture
1:31 this guy is so incredibly W for rolling them as baby dva 🙏
Did Flats make anyone else cringe at 9:45
6:03 how do you prefire a zen he has no footsteps he floats is the best moment
Hello Kitty Adventure Island 2 is a more indepth game than Overwatch, Flats.
1:30 did no one notice how he thought he killed the dva and looked away
Flats is the counter for the amount of point capped is a number it’s ranked but if it’s the circles it’s QP
The scariest idea is a cheater with actual game knowledge and skill
Bro the glizzy gulper 😂
I love see a flats tiktok and just not watching it because I’d rather just come to RUclips
What's with the music???
How's blizzard not yet picking this stuff up? It's getting ridiculous now
Had me crying shooting at Sym wall
Game sense beats aim in this game, multiple characters have beams or even auto lock aim it’s all about being a team player and keeping cooldowns in check. I’m diamond in dps and support just because I can hear footsteps and predict when abilities are going to pop due to the situation
This game is toxic to casuals and new players...really toxic.
To casuals yes. New comers no. Unless the new comers are saying factually wrong shit like Moira is op or that they can’t climb bc of teammates
my brother is a cod savage and thought he could be nasty at ow2 and i told him this ain’t cod, this is a team based game with much more happening and he can barely get out of silver lmao
I beg of you, someone please tell me what that song is in the background at the beginning of the video
It's always a soldier.
Could be an ease of configuration thing. Not difficult to copy-paste general settings for Soldier's type of fire.
What’s the point of solider ult with cheats
Every time we watch a cheater video i can never help but imagine what a good (GM1 to T500) player would look like with dialed in cheats on an alt account. Even if they're so good it only lasts one game before ban it would at least be interesting in a way to see the true potential of these cheats these smooth brain idiots download.
why does every cheater always go soldier 😂😭
I feel like this just really feeds into my theory that the outside observers just think of overwatch as another CoD game where the most important thing is just shooting first so they completely disregard the whole team aspect that the game is built around.
hes simple, he has an aimbot ult so they can claim it was just that when they get called out and he has self heal in case their team don't wanna heal them.
Easiest to use with cheats, self heal, can run.
0:21 this tells me they probably came from source games on Steam. It looks like they are trying to Bhop lmfao.
Hard to believe anyone can have fun playing like this...
May be a same nickname coincidence. But this guy plays on brazilian server I have saw him a lot of times. May be he got on USA server when they add a patches to the game, cuz this server update delays a couple of hours before they go up again
Hope everyone's having a great day/night
but why would the enemy swap to phara LMAO
Why is he trying to bunnyhop at the beginning
2:50 he lost not even to Soldier 1v1. He lost to Mercy
how do i save replays?
I'm just not going to play with PCs anymore, should be harder to install aim bot and other cheat software on ps4 right? Kinda haven't played since I don't wanna deal with "active" sombras even tho invisibility is a passive now lmao
Glizzy gulper isn't the hero we deserve or the ine we need but he's rhe one we want
Hey, how can I send you a replay for you to check???
I’m sorry do I hear Mario music in the background? It sounds like a bowser level from Super Mario 64
Revoke this man's Windows license key
9:05 , see reaper is a counter to pharah!!!
So I see why some people do it maybe for shits and giggles, because I can see if I had that kind of mindset then I'd be half tempted just to try it for fun once and then never again.
I always say that whenever someone uses aimbot, they just turn the game into cookie clicker
i don't understand ppl who are like, "oh if only i had better aim then i'd be higher ranked" like babes that's 1/3rd of the game?? and you improve it the same way you improve all the other things required to be good at the game, by playing it??? it's like saying, "i'd be good at the game if i were good at the game."😅 (the other 2/3rds are positioning/target priority and memorizing voice lines/sound effects😂)

Flats, how could you accuse this guy of cheating?? He's clearly just a god Geometry Dash player and the skills transferred over to Overwatch smh lol
4:50 I've been noticed! 😸
No cheats, he just heard Zens footsteps and pre fired!
i’ll be honest, that dva WORKED
Never got one of your vid within seconds of release.... Lol
0:31 cheating hard (ain botting).... 0:44 He definitely! is nothing crazy yet? sad when we think, certain cheating is not that crazy.... XD
76 in this case refers to his IQ.
Calling out cheaters, really works well! Tbh 50 % of them turn off cheats.
The game is all about who has the better aim bot or wall hacks.
Genuine question since im getting into Overwatch 2, whats wrong with Orisa? Had people talk shit in gamechat then Flats said "ewww Orisa" in this video
