- I have been building my physique since I was 16 years old. At first, I struggled to understand the fundamentals of building an attractive physique. I focused on the wrong muscle groups and I had limited control over my diet. the ratio is significantly influenced by genetics, particularly the width of your hips and clavicles.
Be careful and recommending stuff regarding ratios, because it could lead people down the path of body dysmorphia.
Last but not least, watch out for male gaze maxing.
