Then it could be damaged. Just return it. Did you use with torque pro/lite app?

@@maniu9094 Go for any elm 327 from amazon and scan with this app to check how good it is and if not good just return it. I have ordered a scanner which i will test and share a video so stay connected

Have you tried with some other app like torque pro.
Also try to pair the elm 327 on your phone as a normal bluetooth adapter.
The Bluetooth connect very fast, but the problem is it can't connect with ECU
@@Mohamed-xl1qp do one thing go to Bluetooth and pair it first. Then go in the app and select the paired obd2 and then try. Share you details for me to get in touch with you
