Ignore the guy that said what’s up guys is stupid. It’s your trademark. Yours is the only abandoned places videos I watch because you actually talk about the architecture, etc and are knowledgeable, respectful, have a pleasant voice you don’t cuss a lot.❤
Thanks for going back to do the more detailed look. What a weird house. It's basically built around the pool. From the massive oversized entry that goes nowhere, to the multi bedrooms with no bathroom nearby (an almost no closet space), to that confusing giant room just past the entry. Then you have the super mini kitchen, and odd master bedroom with such a small bathroom. And you cannot even park in the garage without waling outside, uncovered, to get in the main house. Weird all around. Super custom, but nothing that would be built today. Nice work on the visit!
This appears to have been a beautiful large house when it was built in 1977. Interior brick walls and arches were very popular in the 1970s. At some point, this house was added on to and the pool placed in the front yard. Then it became an air b & b. Thanks Ethan!
I loved this one, Ethan! What a unique house, with the ballroom and the pool! I laughed at the intercom next to the toilet! LOL! Thanks for another awesome explore! I appreciated it a lot!
In all the houses I’ve ever seen, I have never seen a three-sided fireplace. Thank goodness there was no water in the basement. Kudos for another outstanding video!
Thank you! This 70's structure screamed "commercial" until the huge master bedroom gave away it's residential past...love the intercom beside the master bath commode! It was fun all the mirrors getting us a "what's up guys" many times!😁🤘
Yay! The basement! I used to know a family in southern Florida that had a similar home. Their pool and courtyard were covered with that arched screening you find so often in Florida. They designed theirs so that every bedroom had a sliding glass door into the courtyard, which I thought was a classy touch. Great explore and thank you!!
Was hoping more background would turn up on this location. It just doesn’t seem like it was ever a single family home. Strange one. Thanks for the fresh tour.
I’d love to know the background on this place. It would have been a strange house. Such a tiny kitchen. Too many mirrors 🪞 (what’s up Ethan?) Love the purple bathroom. Basement is beautiful. Such a waste. The mold was overwhelming. The fireplace was majestic
What's up Ethan! Thanks for the redo of this house. There's a lot you didn't show in the first one, i remember the flooded basement. Gorgeous glass door entrance. Loving the 70's decor of the house. The 3 sided fireplace in the basement was awesome! Thanks for giving us a better look. 😉😁
Ethan, this is a freaky house! This place has a bad vibe. Was it a nudist colony for narcissists? Or maybe a fat farm for obese people --- the small kitchen with no food except maybe cauliflower and carrots and the mirrors to see themselves before and after losing a ton or two? With all those mirrors; what were they thinking??? You're right about the kitchen, too. A huge house with a mini kitchen. Something about that kitchen makes me not want to eat anything fixed in it. I enjoyed the video but they musta been trippin' when they designed this weird place. Thanks, always look forward to your videos.
This house sent some very strange vibes, got a creepy feeling just watching the video. What the heck is upm with all the mirrors? Very disturbing. Thanks Ethan for another great video ☺️.
Comforting looking Fireplace at the 10:20 mark. Nice that the Master Bathroom and Closet were in Different rooms, compared to being Connected. I remember this place. I think Carlo did a video on this one in the past. Not Better or Worse, just Different. Another cool Fireplace. I'm almost fascinated with seeing the Fireplaces you explore, because the new ones seem to all be fake. Thanks. Good job again.
Another incredible visit to this place. Wild. The Basement was another Holey Moley Moldy experience. Yikes. Glad the water was gone. It mist have been beautiful before the flooding. I like the Fireplace and the Bar. All I could think of when you were down there was Run...Especially with the Yellow Mold. EEKS big time. Great job once again. Take Care & Much Love!
Ethan, I sincerely hope you gain enough subscribers to some day purchase an older style home. I love your appreciation of these forgotten gems. You have an old soul and it's so incredibly heart-warming.
Good Morning! WOW! This home was Beautiful, l Loved the staircase and the sea shell sinks, Yes! The kitchen was very small! When l was watching this l saw that you had wrote it has since been demolished, My heart sank, So Beautiful to be destroyed. Thank You for this Video,God Bless You, Stay Safe and Healthy!
Thanks for the revisit, I enjoyed the tour of the basement. The fireplace is awesome, at first I thought one side was like a pizza oven, but then there were three. Looks like a great place for gathering. The kitchen seemed bigger than the one upstairs which seems odd. They might have spent more time downstairs since the upstairs was mostly bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was huge and a basketball court, wow!
Hi Ethan. I liked the place. Too many mirrors.. That basement is really nice. Glad it's not flooded anymore. Too bad it was demolished. Would have liked to see the house next door too. Thank you Ethan and stay safe.
This is my favorite house of all you’ve shown. Would be an amazing party house or use that ballroom to give dance lessons or entertain. Love all the fireplaces, love all the infinity “what’s up you guyzes” mirrors. Just different and not cookie cutter. Very cool. Love and light to you, kiddo!
Catching up on your earlier videos and I had no idea you knew Noah ! I watch him as well ! Cool , glad you guys can all inter mingle and do videos together!
Such a beautiful home! Too bad that it has been demolished. Sure is a nice mansion. Love the nice large swimming pool. Nice chandelier. A lot of homes sure had those intercoms back in the day. I'm sure a lot of them probably still do. Thanks for the video Ethan. Have a great day. Love your videos.
That basement fireplace is badassery gorgeous, love the staircase so classy.. the water table must be high w a lot of these homes, too many flooded basements.. thanx Ethan ✌
I remember this place from last time. It is big and beautiful but weird layout. Love the staircase, lights and brickwork. Pool and BB court pretty nice as well. Thanks Ethan!!
Oh my what a beauty ,it could be again Way too many mirrors but would make a great party place.I love the Rose bathroom .,the chandliers ,the wood floors and get the basement tended too .Great party place.👍❤️🇺🇸
My favorite part is all those mirrors and you say "what's up guys". Makes my day! This house is amazing. Can't imagine being that rich lol. You always do an amazing job, Ethan. You're such a cool guy. Great video! Love ya!
very different but beautiful old house and the hall of mirrors sort of made you feel as if you were at an amusement park lol, the fire place downstairs was amazing
I remember watching your video on this house. This house has a strange layout.Nice fireplaces and study. I still don't get why people don't drain the pools. Those were roses in the bathroom. I love seeing your excitement.
Well if the place was kept up it was beautiful. wish you guys knew how lucky you are to have such beautiful craftsmanship done in your mansions, manors, homes etc. When you go to other places it becomes very apparent!
Gorgeous property!!! Too many mirrors!!! I’d love to make it back into a home! Loved the basement!!! Sooo sad that it was destroyed by water😔I would definitely make some changes to it! Sad that all of that brick will be wasted😞 Gorgeous property! Again, Canada is making a huge mistake by tearing down all of these iconic properties & replacing them with more, cookie cutter with less property 😔 Thank you Ethan for sharing this wonderful property with us! I loved it ❤️
Wow!!! What an incredible mansion 😍 However, I don't think they ate there. The kitchen is so tiny. I believe they ate out a lot an order in. But so gorgeous. Great job.. Wonderful adventure.
It is definitely different but beautiful. I love all of the brick work and the gorgeous archways and fire places. I was surprised that there was such a tiny kitchen but with the massive arch separating it from the small breakfast area made it stand out. The bathrooms were incredible. I love the tile work, the designs were beautiful. The master suite was huge. I remember this house when the basement was flooded and I was so curious about what was down there. It was not disappointing. I can't believe how flooded it was and all that was beneath it. I would love to have the pool. Thanks for revisiting the site. I think just being able to see the basement was worth it but there was a lot of things I didn't notice the first time either so it was nice to have another look. Great video! I don't mind your "What is up guys". lol. "Guys" & "Eh" is 2 very common terms in Canada. My friend in Windsor warned me, not that it bothered me, when I visited. I love Canada! Take care, stay safe & God bless! xoxo💖 Kat
This place makes me think that this was a swinger place... all the rooms with bathrooms, who needs a kitchen..this place gives me the creeps...3 side fireplace was neat
I really love your videos, I like the way you present your houses, I don’t watch much tv 📺 but as you can see I started watching all your videos, I specially like 👍🏻 it when you say what’s up guys when you see a mirror, don’t change
so many of the homes with beautiful staircases. I keep wondering if any of the building materials are saved. And when the homes are knocked down where does it all go? Just so many questions. i do love your videos and we get to see the good, the bad and the ugly. Thank you for that.
Hey Ethan loved this house. So beautiful. That front door is crazy. Hoops and chandelier not the best combo. Intercoms everywhere cool I need to have those. Stay safe. Sweet staircase. Very stunning great job. Love you. Your the best. Arches by pool lovely. Invest in a mask your young but not indestructible especially your lungs. PEACE 🥰❣💗💖💜💙💚💛🧡❤
I like the arches. And I liked the colours that were used in the bedrooms. I could tell that the place was used as some sort of rental because homeowners wouldn't really need to label the washroom as "washroom". The one room that had the TV mounted on the wall in the corner almost had a "waiting room" vibe to it. Shame the place was demolished.
Ethan this was your best. I remember this house but you did a great job this time. 6'5 and doesn't shoot hoops. Lol😂😂😂. I am 5' 2 and play hoops lol.. 😂😂 love hockey. Plus I am a girl. Thank u. This was entertaining.
This is the first time I am seeing this house. I guess I missed your first video. It's an amazing place or at least it was a one time. I like the stone in the front where you started. The tile bathrooms were pretty cool too. I haven't seen bathrooms like that before. The long hallways with the mirrors seem like a waste but it's unique. I really love the "What's up you guys" lol. It sets you apart from other explorers. Especially when you laugh when you do it. I think you have a cool personality and you would be fun to hang out with. I would love to explore abandoned houses with you and your team.😁 I wouldn't record, just explore. Thanks for the tour!
I love your videos... down to earth, always look for yours...thank you 💕! Wouldn't you just love to take over and give one of these homes some love it deserves... instead of tearing it down 😪? I certainly would!🤗
I remember the last time...and you did show much more detail. Plus the basement, although moldy, is so cool! That back shed looked like it had an upstairs, curious if you checked that out. It's an interesting property for sure. What is up!
Dang Ethan! I'm 5' was a forward in basketball. Bet I could take ya. Oh and 51. Still play. Lol, I'm just kidding. Was great to see the basement this time. Carlos and Mike's explore the water was up to the stairs and couldn't get down there Thanks for re-exploring.
Ignore the guy that said what’s up guys is stupid. It’s your trademark. Yours is the only abandoned places videos I watch because you actually talk about the architecture, etc and are knowledgeable, respectful, have a pleasant voice you don’t cuss a lot.❤
All of them you show from the 70ds I truly love. The 70DS are dear to my heart and had so much fun.
Thanks for going back to do the more detailed look. What a weird house. It's basically built around the pool. I loved this one, Ethan! What a unique house, with the ballroom and the pool! I laughed at the intercom next to the toilet! LOL! Thanks for another awesome explore! I appreciated it a lot!
I've been in high dollar model homes that had a phone installed in the commode area.
Great tour. Love the pool access from the bedroom, the staircase is exceptional. Lots to salvage if that happens. The mold not good. Thanks Ethan.
Yay! The basement! I used to know a family in southern Florida that had a similar home. Their pool and courtyard were covered with that arched screening you find so often in Florida. They designed theirs so that every bedroom had a sliding glass door into the courtyard, which I thought was a classy touch. Great explore and thank you!!

My favorite part of your "what's up" is your laugh. You have a great personality!
I’d love to know the background on this place. It would have been a strange house. Such a tiny kitchen. Too many mirrors 🪞 (what’s up Ethan?) Love the purple bathroom. Basement is beautiful. Such a waste. The mold was overwhelming. The fireplace was majestic

i love the style with a enclosed courtyard. but the house is a bit of a fun house with all the mirrors.they would have to go.
I love the style of this house!!! I wish they were still like that!!!
Ethan, this is a freaky house! This place has a bad vibe. Was it a nudist colony for narcissists? This house sent some very strange vibes, got a creepy feeling just watching the video. What the heck is upm with all the mirrors? Very disturbing. Thanks Ethan for another great video ☺️.
I totally agree. Something sinister went on. The place is very odd.
Comforting looking Fireplace at the 10:20 mark. Nice that the Master Bathroom and Closet were in Different rooms, compared to being Connected. I remember this place. Hi Ethan, this beautiful revisit Really perfect details.Loved it all!
Beautiful, I would love to live in it. The light fittings and the front doors are to die for
I love this house. That basement fireplace is outstanding.

I forgot who I watched that explored this house before but when they explored it that whole basement was flooded halfway up the wall
Ethan, I sincerely hope you gain enough subscribers to some day purchase an older style home. I love your appreciation of these forgotten gems. You have an old soul and it's so incredibly heart-warming.
Thank you so much
I am so glad you came back to this house, great video. Please be careful around the mold
The family must have had A LOT of family entertainments! Looks like a combo residential/commercial but that kitchen!!!!!!!!!!!
Very interesting house! I’ve never seen anything like it!! Hey Noah I like the “what’s up you guys”!🤣
Thanks for revisiting. The basement was flooded last time and I was sad not to see it.
Good Morning! WOW! This home was Beautiful, l Loved the staircase and the sea shell sinks, Yes! The kitchen was very small! Love all the fireplaces downstairs and staircase was beautiful.
Didn't know the mold was so bad in the basement but the upper floors of the house is nice and I love the stone cut walls.
That foyer is amazing. Love the glass in the front door. That kitchen is way too small. Very strange. That place is massive. Great re-explore.
Love when you get excited! Loved the three fireplaces, so cool! LOVE! ! 💋🐾🐾✌
That's so cool watching this immediately after your first visit I can't wait to see if there's actually a sauna in the basement
Another great video. Love the front door and the chandelier(s).
Thanks Ethan. It always makes me sad to see the flooded basements.
Hi Ethan. I liked the place. Too many mirrors.. That basement is really nice. Glad it's not flooded anymore. Too bad it was demolished. Would have liked to see the house next door too. Thank you Ethan and stay safe.

whoever designed that house must have been high. It looks like it was added onto at some point. Very illogical floorplan
yeah right, looks like someone lost a page of the plans and just stuck the bits on later.
All those mirrors--WOW! Thanks for the tour.
That basement fireplace is badassery gorgeous, love the staircase so classy.. the water table must be high w a lot of these homes, too many flooded basements.. thanx Ethan ✌
The glass door at the beginning is beautiful and each room is different by tiles, floor, wallpaper..Great job
I remember this place from last time. It is big and beautiful but weird layout. Love the staircase, lights and brickwork. Pool and BB court pretty nice as well. Thanks Ethan!!
What is up Ethan. Love this beautiful house. Thank you so much for the share
Think the rooom with the random sink in the corner and the big mirror at one end might have been a home gym, right next to the pool
Another RUclipsr visited the same house and the basement was completely flooded out.
Yep, and that one by Urbex was posted August 2020. This one posted February 2021. So the owner(s) came back and had plans for the property.
Oh my what a beauty ,it could be again Way too many mirrors but would make a great party place.I love the Rose bathroom .,the chandliers ,the wood floors and get the basement tended too .Great party place.👍❤️🇺🇸
Nice job. Thanks for sharing
The kitchen in the basement is bigger than upstairs...Alrighty!

Thanks for another great adventure keep up the good work
Wow, that's sad 😥💔 how they demolished that beautiful mansion
My word this place is huge. Good job Ethan. Grandma

Hi Ethan, was not here because of my Acute Bronchitis, this mansion
Is awesome. “What’s Up You Guys”
Wow!!! What an incredible mansion 😍 However, I don't think they ate there. The kitchen is so tiny. I believe they ate out a lot an order in. But so gorgeous. Great job.. Wonderful adventure.
So many questions.
How long has the house been left abandoned?
Who owned the house?
Why was It abandoned?
It the house being demolished?
It is definitely different but beautiful. I love all of the brick work and the gorgeous archways and fire places. Weird plans on this place but the mirrors made me sick. Love to know more and very noisy highway close by. Love the pool!!
I get the vibe of a place for swingers, maybe a swingers club 💁🏻♀️

A very beautiful home indeed I would love to own it myself too if I had the money for it too.
THIS HOUSE IS AMAZING!!!THANKS 4 SHARING 🙌🙌🙌
Interesting layout. Surprised how small the kitchen was.
Cool fireplace! Never seen one like that.
Nice video.I saw this in another explorers video where the basement was flooded. Now they fixed it.
Wicked fireplace in the basement.
Remember seeing this place a few times wasn't that basement flooded really like that fireplace down in the basement
I love your videos... down to earth, always look for yours...thank you 💕! Wouldn't you just love to take over and give one of these homes some love it deserves... instead of tearing it down 😪? I certainly would!🤗
Love this place especially the fireplace!
It was ok .. I love the bathroom with the rose tiles .. it was beautiful.
I know the basement was molded out and you had to get out quick… but it was my favorite part… can only imagine it in it’s heyday 😊
What up Ethan,??? lotta mirrors... loved the foray... hella cool house... still watchin ✌👍🙏❤
I remember the last time...and you did show much more detail. Plus the basement, although moldy, is so cool! That back shed looked like it had an upstairs, curious if you checked that out. It's an interesting property for sure. What is up!
my first time seeing the basement it goes with the theam of the house beautiful ❤❤❤ stay safe love ya
All these mirrors are so creepy. Someone must of liked looking at themselves or something 😳😱 does anyone have an idea?
Yay! No BEEPS!
I remember this home from the first time you explored it. Someone threw like a ball or something.
Dang Ethan! I'm 5' was a forward in basketball. Bet I could take ya. Oh and 51. Still play. Lol, I'm just kidding. Was great to see the basement this time. Carlos and Mike's explore the water was up to the stairs and couldn't get down there
Thanks for re-exploring.
Hi Ethan! Thanks for the revisit. Wasn't the basement flooded last time? It's a shame they are taking this house down. Thanks.🇺🇸💜🦄
Keeping your back to the windows helps in dark rooms
what an awesome home! im sure there are some secret hiding spots...maybe behind some of the mirrors.
