Loved it, it wasnt neglected or forgotten like other 60s houses it was brought into the eras, it was themed, the wall paper had class, the super sized billiards table was as big as a swimming pool, and swimming pool it had suave. That was the coolest house I have ever seen!! This was worth the wait. I was so mesmerized, I watched it twice. That house was made so well missing no detail. Whoever had that house took very good care of it. That swimming pool though... Omg that's movie star stuff 😲 The pool table was truly awesome sauce! Thanks for the tour Ethan! I think that this is one of my all-time favorites. All the little details add up to a fabulous house! The only one that might rival it is the house with a pool that could be covered up to make a dance floor. And I LOVE that you're so enthusiastic about it! Keep it up Ethan. I look forward to watching your videos each and every day!
I'd call this a Mediterranean home, just because of the iron railings, the arches, and the stucco are characteristics of that style. I feel like there was maybe an upgrade done on the stucco in the 90s with that faux marble finish (maybe that's when they added the kitchen stuff in there too). The ironwork on the staircase is so dramatic and just amazing. The chandelier really makes me think of a cluster of yellowy-green grapes, and there are grape varieties that are grown in Mediterranean regions like that (if they did that on purpose it was pretty damn clever, and omg there were wine barrels down in the basement too!😮i bet they did😄). Thank you for doing this home in the daylight (and for not missing that upstairs bathroom), and for all the other little details like that chandelier in the dining room, and even the doorknob on the gold bathroom door! You're my favourite explorer because you're damn good at this. 🥰
Would have loved to have seen the furnishings that went with this style.. imagine they were very large and ornate. The pool room was phenomenal. Great discovery, Ethan.
I think this is one of my favorites that you've ever done. This house was amazing. I don't understand how this was allowed to sit empty. All of the architecture and the finishing is just incredible. The only thing that seemed out of place was that remodeled kitchen, I actually expected something bigger...but that dining room more than made up for it.
Every room of the house are big and the kitchen is small. I saw a walk in closet bigger than the kitchen itself. Nice and very well taken care of. Many thanks to you Ethan and remember I'm still waiting. Love to join you guys on the exploring. Take care. ✌️💙
Just WOW! It's a travesty that such a beautiful place will be demolished. Everything in there was gorgeous! That pool and the basement?? Damn! Imagine the parties that they would have had. I would imagine that they would have, a maid and a garden keeper. Anyway, to keep a insanely gorilla house like this, they had to have a lot of higher help.
The people who were forced to be slaves kept it clean its a drug lords house come on he didn't clean the maids or hostages held against their will to be their slaves kept it clean it's sad I wish the walls could talk and tell us all the stories about they seen

I hope someone has the opportunity to salvage alot of pieces in this home if it is ever to be demolished. Hopefully it is saved to be renovated. I bet there were more hidden doors.
I wouldn't maybe open a room and people could still be in there it's a drug lords house it's still has electricity why so someone is still there in my opinion who pays the electricity bill why its abandoned watching this I felt like he was being watched as he was exploring .nope it's all evil burn that shit down

It’s so clean whoever lived there last took care of it.
And I glad your are there alone.
Mexico human trafficking is real this is a drug lords house allot of people who worked there could of been against their will but they had to do what they do
@@karendurbin9460 not true necessarily, depends on how neat you are, and if you aren't lazy to do it yourself. Seeming how the previous owners dies i would definitely presume the did though due to age.
This place is Amazing and Beautiful!! The detail and everything is just WoW!! I can’t believe they would just tear it down. It looks like it’s not damaged like some homes that sit vacant!! I love this Style of home!! The money that they spent!! 🤑 Thank you for sharing

What an amazing home!
I love the flooring the fabulous staircase, the basement is phenomenal .... wow!
Why would anyone destroy such an amazing place? Thank you Ethan for showing this one! U rock !!
You could have a band or DJ on the elevated space near the barroom and dancing on the lower part.
Wow! This one is So Incredible. Can't think of any good reason for this to be torn down. This whole house is Beautiful from the Stain glass in the foyer to the Swimming Pool with the Flowing Down Fountain that goes under the footbridge. Just Incredible in every way. Awesome Job in Filming This one. Kudos Big Time. Sure hope that you are feeling better. Take Care & Stay Safe & Healthy. What's Up You Guys & Peace Out!
GOD WHEN I AM FINALLY WITH YOU IN HEAVEN, PLEASE MAKE MY HOUSE LOOK LIKE THIS. POPE IVA. 🕊🕯🕯🕯🕯🕯🕯🕯🕊
God won't make a house like that but Satan would this is a drug lords house god don't want nothing to do with this
I love the architecture of this place! That gold bathroom was amazing. Your comments are great when you really like a place like this one! Great work 👏
I would move in IMMEDIATELY and love that house to death! This house has everything I love and is so tastefully decorated. The floors, walls, chandeliers, kitchen, bathrooms, awesome pool table, bar, sauna, pool area, all of it! Especially liked the room with the matching wallpaper and curtains! Thank you so much for catching this house on film and saving its' grace forever. I forgot to mention the gorgeous black wrought iron metal work! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!❤🇺🇸
This 🏡 is amazing. Wow.
That basement had a lot of surprises.
Thanks for sharing. 📷
I like how ever time he sees himself in a mirror he says " what's up you guys "🤣🤣🤣
I took a shot of fine whiskey every time he said it and now I'm getting my stomach pumped🤣
Amazing find.. I thiink this is the best one yet, such quality. I read on down where current owners plans to demolish & rebuild were denied. I hope someone has the opportunity to salvage alot of pieces in this home if it is ever to be demolished. Hopefully it is saved to be renovated. I bet there were more hidden doors.
Bet there’s all kinds of secret passages he should try some of Panels.
I wouldn't maybe open a room and people could still be in there it's a drug lords house it's still has electricity why so someone is still there in my opinion who pays the electricity bill why its abandoned watching this I felt like he was being watched as he was exploring .nope it's all evil burn that shit down
Hi Ethan! OMG! At first when you showed the living room, it kinda reminded me of My first Home l bought, a Victorian Home built in 1890, but with many openers when l moved in it had the velvet like wall paper and wooden walls, But l can’t believe they are bringing this home down! I hope they will salvage the gold like faucets and all the light fixtures, also l’m glad you still did What is Up! I Love it! For You being So Young I’m glad your interested in old homes! God Bless You, Stay Safe and Healthy!
You can just imagine what went on in their ,if walls could talk
This house is off the chain!!!! Absolutely gorgeous, Ethan!!! ❤️🥰❤️
I guess I have no class, because I don't like this home one bit.
All that's missing are the Olds Toronado, and the Lincoln mark 3 in the garage , with the maids Volkswagen Beetle in the driveway. Billiard table, Bar with wine rack, awesome party room, and an indoor pool for the kids. Wow, I would have Dreampt of growing up in place like that. I'll bet they had those killer hanging basket chairs and a built in sound system too. makes me want to watch an Austin Powers Movie.....Thanks, Ethan!!
someone should keep track of how many times he says "what's up guys"
This house is amazing! I’m blown away! It sucks large that it’s going to be torn down!
