Now this is a high end home for 1977. That rec room is amazing, with the bar and fireplace. I’d live here. Look how solidly built homes were back in the day. Absolutely solid. Massive floor space.
This house looks very Italian and original Ethan . I can imagine all the delicious Italian meals being prepared in that kitchen. Its a shame that it looks like this house 🏠 fell into the wrong hands with explosive results . Awesome explore 👌
Hi Ethan..I'm a big big fan of 70s...love everything bout this house..70s wasn't afraid of patterns and colours, not like now it's all grey, white and beige 😕..like the kitchen...wonder what went on in there, what they hiding 🤔..interesting...thanks Ethan another fab tour stay safe well and happy 💋
Loved the entire house, not too much decay/damage. Doors and frames are easily replaced. But I would keep the door handles and install on replacement doors. The house is worth saving.
Very cool! This place is really big with so many rooms and levels. I really like the style. Surprised the basement hasn’t flooded yet. What a shame, such of a nice house
What an amazing house, its bigger than it seems. All the many neat rooms. It’s a shame something had to happen there. Thanks for the video on this winter cold night here in the states. ❤ Keep up the good work!😊
Interesting explore. I do tend to agree with many here who think the home was used for police practice. We may never know, but consider the closet with all the latches down the handle side of the door, when the hinge pins could have been removed in under a minute. Not really a secure door no matter how many locks. Still, fun to look through and try to imagine who lived there and how the home came to be abandoned.
I’ll bet that house was so cool back in the day! I love the swag bathroom lights and the wrought iron in the interior arch ways. I know this won’t happen, but it could be fixed up since there’s not a ton of mold and flooding, yet…. All that place is lacking is a 70’s pool with a slide and diving board. I love 70’s mansions!!
Great explore Ethan! While I like 70’s houses I’m afraid this one doesn’t really do it for me. Messy layout in my opinion with small bedrooms.Better houses out there! Nice work Ethan and please keep warm!
Wow is all I can say. One I love mostly brick or stone houses my mom always said: it kept in the heat better in winter. I really love the architecture and its design. I love the space and really love those light fixtures in that one bathroom irrespective of its 70s montage. But also the marble in that bathroom made it so beautiful and that super sheik silver wallpaper so beautiful! They certainly had a great designer at some point. That one fireplace and the way it’s built of brick and solid iron handle and strong base. I think I may like this house and its design the best. Also it’s incredible you have so many abandoned mansions in Canada 🇨🇦 it’s Erie right?? Also those doors being latched was strange. I don’t even want to contemplate what may have been going down in that house. 😊 but yeah it’s getting cold for sure here in Manhattan I was out walking around the city and it was so cold 🥶 but well have to keep up the cardio ☺️ thanks so much for your tireless efforts Ethan for showing everyone your discoveries. You’re awesome and a beautiful soul. Stay warm and can’t wait for next one. Stay safe Ethan. Tony 😊
I really love this one. Very strong built home. Love the brick! It just needs some updates. I am a Italian from New Orleans. Would so buy that home and update kitchen and baths. Would probably keep all tile and wall coverings. :) Thanks for the cool video bro!
Ethan,You ALWAYS have Nothing But The Best CONTENT 100%PERCENT I LOVE IT ❤️🤗 THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO TO BRING US THESE AWESOME UPLOADS GLADLY APPRECIATED ❤️
You should get one of those sherpa-lined hoodies from Old Navy to keep you cozy during the explores.. i feel bad when you say you're cold! 🥺 Anywho... Likes: the rainbow, stone above the front door, entrance tile, the horse painting makes me think of Susan Jacks 'Ghosts' album (which is special to me for reasons), i liked the iron heart thing on the front of the fireplace (but not how they did it by the entry/dining rm because of the weird height). Also the kitchen wallpaper, archways everywhere. Dislikes: The stone on the steps would be great for traction but shoveling steps like that would drive me insane, along with along with all the entrances in this place (i'd be worried about forgetting to lock a door at night). Speaking of locks, there were an insane amount in here! 😂 Take care, and stay safe & warm. 🙂
WOAH THIS HOUSE WAS TOTALLY AWESOME AND ETHAN DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE BAD COMMENTS!!! I LOVE THE WAY YOU TALK AND WHAT'S UP?? BOY THE POLICE DID A HUGE NUMBER ON THIS HOUSE HOW CRAZY!!! RANDOM CHAIR 🪑 😂😅😂😂LOVE YOU THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT FIND!!!!
It is an awesome retro! Brown was definitely the star of that decade! The master bath was fantastic! I love those ball and chain style light fixtures 🤩. ✌️🤟
With all the locks on doors and some rooms boarded off, it makes me wonder if they were running an illegal boarding house, brothel, or brothel kind of place where the participants were not willing and just took there against their will and locked in a room.
Did anyone notice the refrigerator doors were not set correctly to open into the kitchen area? How awkward that would have been to use. They are manufactured to switch either way. I only know that cuz my husband did appliance installation and repair, lol 😁😜
Wow really makes ya wonder what went on in this house! Yes it's very 70s that's for sure! This particular house did nothing for me personally whatsoever. Really don't like the layout at all or anything about it. But always interesting to see...thanks for another video!
My best guess is that all the damage seen in this video wasn't from a police raid, but from police training. The practice round pretty much confirms that. All those latches and that wall were put up to test different scenarios. This house may have been confiscated in a raid.
I would imagine all those locks and latches were put there by the police for training purposes. The place was too cleaned out of personal effects to have been stormed by police in search of contraband. Just my observation. Thanks for the excellent tour!

Love the archways and tiles.Another great one.Thank you Ethan.👍❤️🇺🇸
I would live in that house right now!!! 😭❣️ It's beautiful and needs a little love.
WOW, this is incredible!! Huge with definitely 70's decor. Was this placed used for police tactical maneuvers maybe? Great explore, Ethan!
Hey Ethan . The police really did a job to the doors in the house . Take care , keep warm , going to get colder .
Always luv your channel and how you find all these abandoned homes.
i love the kitchen and bathrooms, 70's were great! i was 15 in 1977
I was 7 in 1977 born 1970
Thanks for another great video Ethan! I really enjoyed this home!
Hello Ethan 👋Yeah another great video from you and keep it up 👍❤️😎

Truly explosive! 🧨 💥
Very awesome house & property! Awesome video as always Ethan! 👍👍❤️🤘✊
It would be nice to see pictures of it lived In back in the 70’s. Great find!
Love outside of home, and love balcony
Thanks again for taking us along in this beautiful home.😊

Kool Italian house thank for the memories Ethan 🇦🇺💜🇮🇹

I like that "old school" look, gives it character ❤

Very cool.
What's the background of this being a crime family's house?
Cool house!! Would love to hear the story!! 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
You need to research and find out who lived there that would be so interesting. What was behind that door with all the locks
What a cool house! It would have been fun to preserve & restore.
That was really more of a secret compartment, not really a room.
Blessings 💞🙏🏾💞, awesomely 👍🏾 Cool

My guess,drugs... secured the wood door 🚪 with 7 latches....drugs 😮
Ethan my man. About time I was jonsing for a good adventure ❤😂🎉
Thank you for another great exploration, Ethan. The shades really reminded me of the 1970s.
Great explore Ethan! While I like 70’s houses I’m afraid this one doesn’t really do it for me. Messy layout in my opinion with small bedrooms.Better houses out there! Nice work Ethan and please keep warm!
beautiful home. thanks for sharing . ❤❤❤ stay safe love ya
Interesting house Ethan. Love the arches. Bet the police were looking for drugs or maybe weapons. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
i liked the blown off doors , they gave it that lived in look.
Gees, I wouldn't like my home to look like that. Ha!
Hey Ethan! That home does look Italian
I laughed at the Olive Garden remark! 😊 But this is an awesome home! Omg I love the horse portrait! 😮😊

Hello Ethan: Hope all is well with you. GOD Bless You
Hi Ethan!❤
I loved this 1977 home! Beautiful but something definitely wrong was happening here. Thanks for sharing this story
Ethan ❤🎉. Your the best and I love your style. 😊😊

Very midcentury, really nice
Hi 👋🏾 ETHAN! 🙏🏾 ☺️
Ethan,You ALWAYS have Nothing But The Best CONTENT 100%PERCENT I LOVE IT ❤️🤗 THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO TO BRING US THESE AWESOME UPLOADS GLADLY APPRECIATED ❤️
The decor was a clashing mismatched nightmare, but the exterior brickwork was lovely.
Nice house 🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡
secret room? Is that Diddy's house? LOL sorry had to. lol love ur videos. tfs
I liked some of the light fixtures in this house, very 1970's

Hi Nathan uk ❤️❤️❤️🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
A closet door with 11 latches on the left, but only 3 hinge pins on the right, 🤔
You can’t fix stupid
Rocks into concrete is called “exposed aggregate “ I’ve never seen it on a railing 🤓
It was really big here in New Zealand 🇳🇿 in the 1970’s it was even used indoors in entrance foyers
Hi Ethan ✌️
I am guessing they were manufacturing drugs ir something in there. I always enjoy your commentary and that you think everything is super cool!
Nice house you missed 4 what's up guys lol
Is that flooring tile or isit vinyl?
Nice vintage 🏠
Great video.

Where’s this at I would love to have it

Thanks for the excellent tour!
Law enforcement training was my first thought.
Definitely an interesting, and plausible, thought
I swear that house looks like one here in New Zealand 🇳🇿 from the same era, my aunty lived in and I swear it’s almost the same design.
My favorite by far
you could probably google the address and find a news article about what happened without much digging.
What State are you in
Hi, I believe that he is in Canada
It's weird the locks are on the outside. You should see if you can find out the history on this house
Very cool place.
All those latches on that one door was insane. My guess is, drug house? Crazy. Great find!
The bedrooms seem very small for the closet size. Seems like there might be a secret room or hiding spot.
That probably leads to that first room.
Thx Ethan...
Drugs?? Gambling?? But nice very big house! Thank you.
Too big. Feels scary to me. Too many places to hide. They probably weren’t a very close family.
Cool 😎
Loved this house. So 70s. I think after they busted the family they used the house for training. What a shame to do that to this time capsule
beautiful house dont look like 4 million dollor house.
There wasn't really anything about this house that I liked. I made it through the 70s and I have no desire to relive them.
Great home in its time I don't know why the police had to blow doors of hinges but it was home
😊😊❤❤
This house appears to have had a shady background...too many locks and busted doors.
This is why I love you! LMAO
1st house I would like to see the police report.
Police use abandoned houses for training. That is what happened here.
Maybe they were growing weed there back in the day.🤷♀️
I wonder if they were hiding drugs up in there! All those locks hmmm idk its weird though. A beautiful home it once was....
Nothing says "nothing in here" like 13 locked latches!
Ive seen a rainbow before and we already know its abandonded..get on with it
Definitely police training? Didn’t see a shower in the master bathroom?
Think drug bust..lol
You repeat the same thing a lot
