Look for community Gardens in your area. I rent as well, but have a tiny stoop with 2 large pots crammed with veggies & flowers. You have to keep a close eye on the water, but I love coming home to it !
As a former indoor hydroponic grower, I also designed a "mulch cover" for our plants using that silver mylar bubble-wrap. It helps keep the media and root-zone cool from overhead lights, as well as helps to prevent algae growth on the surface of the media (we used rockwool at the time).
That is one nice setup on round 2. The plants we started indoors last spring were encouraging, months ahead start and not so stressed after downpours washing carrots etc away a couple times. Your greenhouse is super efficient with eye appeal. Hope your vision wasn't hurt by the accident.
Our gardening mission on the Navajo Nation ends October 16. I hope the weather is mild the end of October and into November so we can get our greenhouse up!
Woodworking is one of my hobbies. I haven't had a single project where I've gotten the dimensions correct on the first build lol. I understand your struggle
Hello, Dr. Greenthumb. Paging Dr. Greenthumb… Wow! The greenhouse and homestead look amazing! Y’all are doing a fantastic job and entertaining us along the way. Yay.
Love, love, love! Love the table height! (Your back will love it too!) Plus, it's beautiful! Watching you repotting the coffee plant is so damn relatable! It reminds me of my lemon tree escapades over the years, such a labor of love!
Love the mulch cover! I’d consider making some premade holes that landscape staples could slot into so it can be nice and secure without popping up. I have a coffee tree about 1/10 the size of yours so I’m enjoying all of the experience you are sharing. Due to my northern climate it has to be inside 9 months out of the year but fingers crossed that it will still actually produce someday 🤞🏼
I hope the lining for the cloth pots is upgraded because all of my epic gardening bags have deteriorated and flaked off. The green house upgrades are amazing and the coffee bush/tree looks great.
Please email us with your order number customerservice@epicgardening.com and we'll send you our latest upgrade free of charge. Sorry for this - we had a production issue on the very first batch!
You always make me want to grow things I would have never though I could. I've just spent the last 30 min on your site about how to grow vanilla. Also the greenhouse looks so great and that bench will be a dream for your back once seedlings get in full swing.
@Epic Homesteading,Hey Kevin& Jacque-another pun would be better is " A Tall Order" to tie into the segment of the long wooden table,Whiskey,Bourben & Volka anyone,ha?.
Your seeding table will be much lighter if using hardware cloth instead of hardwood for the table surface, like Laura at Garden Answer did. But your seeding table look much more sturdy and beautiful than Laura's .
I’m adding a set of shelves to my greenhouse. I need to invest in a shed so I can get my chipper and my wheelbarrow out of the greenhouse. I built the greenhouse to grow in but it’s becoming a catch all for all the random that is gardening instead
Perfect table for Kevin!!! The trick is measure twice, cut it once. Jajajajaja!! It looks great! Like a gloooooove!
I would love to see a video about the Vanilla Orchid. It’s such a beautiful and interesting plant
Working on it!
I love that you already have the urge to upgrade. Never stop tinkering. 😂 I need to stop renting and get a greenhouse of my own.

the mulch cover would keep keep the squirrels from digging in the soft pot which is an issue for me sometimes
I can’t stop rewinding the end “note” 😂😂😂😂😂

Come for the gardening, stay for the bromance 😍
“I can’t get it in 🤣”
The tinkering must never end. It's what makes life worth living
Yes!
😂 this was brilliant, you guys are so funny! Don't know how many times I have re- potted a plant to have it end up in my face 😊

That mulch cover is AMAZING. I too have those pesky squirrels digging everything up in my pots! Genius!!
Yes! That's an awesome solution!
The turn and spit… real life in the garden! 😂

It's a struggle lol
The struggle is SO VERY real!
This just looks like a bit of heaven to me
Great job today. You just encouraged me to buy a coffee plant and a vanilla orchid for my shade house.
Good looking greenhouse ❤❤❤
You know something is gonna go wrong when you see Jacques without his hat 😅😂
He went into Demon Mode
@@epichomesteading Can't wait to see his final form...maybe it will be some kind of chicken/plant hybrid monster
Almost didn't recognize him.
I have close to 70 grow bags in my garden, that felt cover is a game changer.

You’re definitely inspiring me with these shelves.

Glad you're getting some inspo!
Siempre me gustó el sembrado de las plantas y flores. Excelente 👍🤗
I had a laugh attack thanks to the coffee cutaway spot during the re-potting. I don’t know why that made me laugh so much 😂
💚 Brooooo love the green house 💯
I see that bridgesii!!! I would love to see a Trichocereus video, so many cool cultivars being released now!!

Sweet man I can tell you have put a lot of work into your videos
How are you taking care of your coffee plant?
Lots of nitrogen + water
I watch your videos in the morning to get the day started love it keep it up
Thank you! Will do!
I need those grow bag covers! But to keep my cat from digging in my pots:)
there were so many "that's what she saids" in the first 3:30 🤣🤣

I wanted the more sturdy look!
8:40 "not root-bound at all". 1 singular yike
"NEW DAY NEW GUY" I'm crying laughing😂
Que lindo jardín
Where is the large hanging basket from?
I like the "fabric mulch" idea
Will there be options for different grow bag sizes?
Margaritas sound good guys
Excelente video 😃
Could you make the mulch cover with material that deter slugs? I would buy it for all my plants in all the beds, not just for the grow bags.

That coffee plant went from a medium sized pot to a medium sized pot.
Jacques without a hat?!? Only one explanation. His body has been snatched!
He's a new man
Still waiting for the EPIC Greenhouse to grow mangos, papaya, bananas, pineapple, guava, etc.
How can an inanimate object deserve something?? 🤔🤔🤔 Blessings everyone everywhere
Excelente video 👍
1 word Prestine!
Are you gonna make an episode on the vanilla orchid?
Absolutely
Editors: your sound effects always make me giggle 😆
Hi, do you have a curry plant growing? 🌿🌿
Excelente video
Hermosas plantas
What was that garden wand used in the video; 5:23? That thing looks amazing!
Home Depot and lowes has them, you can adjust it flow for a lighter flow
3:50 lmao dont be that guy 😂😂😂
Have you though about adding a solar generator and running a couple clip on fans to help woth air flow and also utilizing the wall space/bench space
Would be fun! It's wired up w/ electricity though
Is that a curry leaf tree you're picking up at 4:30?
Yes!
Good
Epic carpentry!,new channel perhaps?
Excelente
Does anybody know if the grow bags are made out of organic felt or non organic/synthetic felt?
Synthetic
Bonita casa
Made to measure as the saying goes
Sorprendente
I had a sneaking suspicion that greenhouse was gonna be a little smaller than the EPIC homestead needed!! 😂
Too true
😍 ❤️ ♥️ 💕

I feel like I just watched a bunch of reruns.
