Single greatest SUP downwind film ever. Period.
I've got Josh's older video from 5 years ago as a standard go-to I view often...but this production is over the top,
Congrats!
Là meilleur vidéo de downwind .merci et bravo !
So stoked! Real love for the ocean in this film
Thank you so much for sharing the spirit of my sport !! Thanks a lot.
Just fun this channel today love the vids wish you was still making content.
Epic video! Great commentary and surfing. While the slo-mo is beautiful, it would be great to see more of this footage at normal speeds too. It's kind of more relatable and gives a clear image of downwinding technique to aim at.
Really beautiful and inspiring. Thank you! 🙏🌟😊
awesome Like to see more at full speed rather than slow mo to get the most realistic feel
That looks like it would give you such an inner peace. There was a time I would have done that. Now I would be too scared a shark was swimming by on his lunch break
wow fella ,wow ,,,,,,,,,amazing
There sure is a lot of smiling going on in this video!! 2021 will be my first year paddling on Swiss lakes. Big winds seem to kick up some good waves, so hopefully I'll be wearing that same kinda smile! Of course I'll probably spend more time in wet suits than tank tops, at least for a bit. Thanks for the beautiful video.
I don't live in Heaven...but I can see it from here.
Synchronicity with energy. Can t stop
Fantastic footage !
compliments of Matty Schweitzer
Man, I couldn't help thinking about what would happen if a sudden storm occured that far from the shore. Been in that situation once, don't want to experience it no more
Great video.....keep on downwinding , keep on inspiring!!!
thank you!!! I will continue to do both
Awesome, one of the best SUP videos ive seen

Thanks Alex!!! It would be great to share some bumps again, visiting you guys in Greece was such an awesome experience for me, I want to come back!!!!
Josh, I really enjoyed this! Can't wait to get over there and get on that channel!
thanks Tony!!! Looking forward to sharing some bumps with you someday!
pretty enjoyable. thanks
Nice job Josh! Loved it! Really hoping to do the Pailolo channel crossing. Covid took that away this year. Hopefully that will help to motivate me to train for next year. :)
thanks Wayne, Hope to see you out here in Maui next year
This is amazing. By the way, can someone use a regular inflatable paddle board in this kind of condition?
You won't get this type of performance on regular SUP. Downwind boards are rigid, at least 14' long, and very narrow.
beautiful magical
this looks really fun, but you dont wear life jacket??
I was wondering the same thing. Not much use to get a head injury going down and then be washed up somewhere attached to the board.
He has a boat to follow him and can assist within a minute
A rescue boat is not gonna help him much if he hits his head on the way down.
Epic Video Josh. You can find our Interview now also on youtube...
awesome thanks Mike!
alson generates a lot of frustration and fear, but for those who are doing big ups .
For me, downwinding by SUP foiling make much more senses. Since tapping the power of the current and wind seems to be a goal.
Beautiful. Too much slo-mo, tho
