Wish i had could have listened to you 2-3 years ago, i brought one and had to wait the 2 years as i didn't know any better!! i did try and get the lease right away but landlord was hard work and added lots of shit in the lease that was great for him, very bad for me
@@megaman2016 In total around £40k ish in total. I did day shift and sometimes night shift too as overtime. I refinanced the first property plus savings and bought more. 4 investment properties then 1 to live in, all 1 bed flats to start with.
Ste, the microhone is placed across your guests face during the interview which is annoying. You need to either move the microphone or camera angle so the face is clearly visible.
