Fair play to Ed, seems like he’s really doing well and he’s made for this type of property investment. However after saying last year that this is the avenue I wanted to take, this video makes it even more clear that I wouldn’t be cut out for the time, energy and in cases uncertainty it takes to organise and manage R2R! You deffo need the right teams around you, otherwise it's impossible, not even to mention the sourcing part.
