However I wish they put a better lighting in the bedroom instead of the single bulb, but everything was a 10/10 smashed this project!

This is all well and good, but are these 3 guys just the builders or equal partners in the property? 1 person doesn’t get all the profit. Do these builders just get paid for their work and the investors take the profit.
Whilst this project is absolutely great, one thing that has really taken off is bi-fold doors. However, in the UK this is virtally useless as we do not generally have good summers, when we do have some hot spells they don't last. Also, with the doors wide open you bring the outside in - yep : flies, wasps, bees, midges etc. I would not like that and it would totally spoil the look if you put up curtains of any kind 🤔
We decided to keep it as a bungalow due to the fact that no one really builds them anymore and anyone that does buy them turns them into a 2 storey property. Our plan worked as the people who bought it were looking purely for a modern bungalow. Did we drop lucky? Or did our plan and strategy work!
After speaking to them today, they had an open day at the house and apparently a lady was putting in an offer near to asking price. I will let you know how the sale goes and see what they get for it 🙏🏼

Well although white is nice, you do need something to break it up here and there and the doors were a good bet.
