@@randallchristman6698 To be fair to the fans of Alex Jones, there is a very lively on going debate about free-speech and the potential damage that comes with platforming polarizing figures.
Many of the major corporations do not agree with giving platforms to people that propose alternative narratives to the mainstream and they do attempt to actively censor and channel information.
The idea that it's easy to just dismiss entire communities of people by simply labelling them with a derogatory term without engaging with them is counter productive.
I don't think the followers of Alex are correct. But I'm open to reasoning with them. There really isn't an alternative, as we've seen, trying to shut down voices only makes them grow. But also considering Western liberalism has heavily adopted a postmodern philosophies over enlightenment ones. Questioning grand narratives and assumptions is the foundation of what we're actually taught we should be doing and a lot of people are pointing out the hypocrisy of not being able to do that if the liberal grand narratives are questioned. Which only serves to fortify the idea there is something conspiratorial happening.

@AuraHero tell me a few of his lies, because as I remember it, it was more suspicions about it. Like for instance, pointing out the bus driver was interviewed at 2 different events. Or pointing out how that father was laughing at cutting up before he asks if they're rolling cameras and suddenly his emotion instantly changes.

Halbig is in the documentary according the the reviews. In it he says if he's wrong, he should be in a mental hospital. That would be a good place for him.
Yeah, I hope this documentary is not a scam show so the US Government can take away our 1st, 2nd and 4th amendments that was written by James Madison that was approved by Thomas Jefferson who wrote the declaration of independence of 1776 and our four founding fathers of this country. Lol. That judge was angry about the absurdity and evilness in what Jones did and does. I'm certain this judge sees front of her in court many many people who have lost touch with reality. Those who are hurt by others seldom get to voice their complaints. This was a case in which every single person in court during this trial knew what was done was wrong and shouldn't have gone on. Yet Jones and the others kept pushing the lies for views and money. Money being the absolute in all of it.
Jones admitting he made it up, lied, didn't know any doctors, cops, first responders, etc . And that why he was found liable and must always pay these families money. Because he admitted he lied.
I just feel so bad for these parents to be told by strangers your child isn’t dead that you didn’t have to bury them is so disgusting, that someone would do that to these poor people that have had the worst loss you can imagine makes me sick and Alex Jones’s is one sick man.

This is HBO we’re talking about the same company that dragged out Michael Jackson Pedofillia allegations 10 years after his death and 14 years after the court dropped the case.

He always frames it as a "good vs evil" thing. People on his side are the men of God and the patriots of truth, meanwhile the "elites" are framed as deviant demons and horrible goblins. He knows what he's doing. He understands the psychology of his viewers very well.

He didn't infiltrate BG. He was invited in with Jon Ronson. Just like they invited the NYT in 40 years prior. He didn't uncover anything there, heck it was mentioned in the Nixon tapes.
Nor did he predict 911. Ever wonder why his prediction is 10 seconds and contains 4 cuts? Because he was ripping off Bill Cooper's show from the week prior and talking about the 93 attack. He just edited that part out. Seriously if he was actually predicting it why did he spend the week that it happened blaming the EU?

People thinking this is just about money miss the seriousness of Alex. He believes everything he's saying. I had a cable access show in the 90s in Austin. I've been around Alex more times than I can recall. He's not acting, he's like this 24/7. He's also a raging alcoholic with a ton of untreated mental health issues (my layman's diagnosis). I'm not defending him, just painting a clearer picture. I'm glad these families won in court.

I dont understand how he lost that trial. It in no way hampered any parent from esrning money or disrailed their career. So how was it defamation. He believed something, he said his beliefs and he was wrong. Biased judge.
When you don’t comply with discovery and act like a petulant toddler, you can be found guilty by default in civil court. Which is exactly what happened. Had he just complied, he would’ve had his day in court to defend himself. So as the old saying goes… he made his bed and now he has to lie in it.
