The circular cushion looks lovely, nice and bright.
The crystal towers I bought arrived, I'm thinking of displaying them in glass domes on a shelf.
The cooking part reminded me of the tv show 'come dine with me' .
I really struggled with my weight when I was younger & since loosing it (& some crept back on) I discovered my groove so to speak.
Everything in moderation - snacks are really important but keep them healthy. Fresh fruit, berries, yogurt, even plain biscuits, cheese & crackers.
Don’t deprive yourself - when having burgers, load em up with veges, beetroot, lettuce, avocado, tomato etc.
Add veges to everything - spring onions, spinach, capsicum on scrambled eggs is great.
Try & cut out processed food, anything in a box - they are so expensive these days.
Heaps of little tricks.
You should do some more walking vlogs - walking is so good for you, clears your head & it’s free lol.
You got this doll - don’t be so hard on yourself - one day at a time x

I don't eat much of the chocolate at all, and maybe instead of being so negative you could offer advice to help me. Maybe you just prefer to be mean.
@@georginavlog Myself and many others have offered you a tonne of advice about eating better, but you prefer not to listen to anyone. Counting Calories doesn’t mean healthy eating. You need fruit and veg in your diet to help your heart, hormones and general health. not just cheese, carbs and cream etc

Btw, I’ve just started eating fruit daily for the first time this year. I’m over 50, and my traditional eating is very similar to the UK, considering our British heritage. Anyways, my point is, I have had success with weight loss for the first time in years. I try to eat more real/whole food more often. I still eat my “junk” but it doesn’t surpass my healthy choices. I fast some days as well. I eat chocolate and/or chips (crisps) about three times per week still.
Hey Georgina, dessert looks yum!!!! It appears Alfie thinks so too seeing his head pop up. Think protein and fat. it fills you up. Fat does not make you fat, sugar makes you fat. its the carbs, not the fat. Every meal think protein. Good luck with losing weight. Im on that journey too. Also, sugar messes with your hormones in perimenopause big time. If you cut sugar then youll stop hot flashes if you get them.

fried potato's and Bread is the worst cut out fried food 's and lbs will drop off.. why haven't you tried the gummies from DR.OZ show that melts of stomach fat and then watch the rest go ! Kelly Clarkson is way skinny from using it.. Like your Blouses .. Have a good Week
Wow you shouldn't have to ask the GP to come off a medication they are supposed to do a medication review once per year and ask if they are still working etc also i appreciate you have had surgery so there are some risks but your weight shouldn't be a factor to starting HRT I'm overweight and the doctor didn't give it a second glance i just had to have some blood tests to check the hormone levels first to make sure it was deffo menopause before starting also anti-depressants can cause weight gain so coming off those will help your weight loss i use the HRT patches :)
Medication review?? What! Never had that.
@@georginavlog yes your gp/nurse should request a medication review with you well mine do lol sometimes i cant order a certain medication until I've had a review with someone even the issuing chemist has been known to ring us to ask how its going on certain meds *very odd*
I don't like those burgers....i don't eat beef and tried tons and tons of brands of no beef burgers and all have been vile other than linda McCartney ones...and hers with mozzarella in.
The texture on most are vile and make me feel sick
